5A 分子筛吸附剂技术及其应用进展杜以村(中国石化 南京催化剂有限公司,江苏 南京 211512)[摘要]阐述了5A 分子筛吸附剂的最新技术进展,介绍了国产5A 分子筛吸附剂的工业制备原理,并对5A 分子筛吸附剂的市场前景进行了分析和展望,预期在未来油化一体化的发展趋势下,用于正构烷烃吸附分离装置的5A 分子筛吸附剂具有良好的应用前景。

The detection conditions were studied. Under determined conditions the components in C5 fraction were separated with good resolutions and the separated components were identified by mass spectroscopy. The method is accurate and repeatable.Keywords: Light-hydrocarbon constituent;C5 fraction;Capillary gas chromatography1 前言随着我国Ⅳ、国Ⅴ车用汽油标准的逐步实施,各炼厂正面临如何提高汽油辛烷值以满足对含硫低、高辛烷值汽油需求的问题[1]。
石脑油烃类族组成测定方法的研究张越先汪芝龙(玉门油田分公司炼油化工总厂)摘要:石脑油是制取乙烯、丙烯的重要原料,2009年玉门炼厂执行石脑油产品标准执行Q/SY 26-2009石脑油新产品标准,通过对烃类族组成测定方法进行研究,确定必须采用SH/T0741汽油中烃类组成的测定(多维气相色谱法)和SH/T0714 石脑油中单体烃组成测定法(毛细管气相色谱法)两种实验方法组合分析,才能准确完全分析石脑油的烃类族组成。
关键词:石脑油烃类族组成气相色谱法1、前言石脑油是一种轻质油品,指易挥发的石油产品。
石脑油由原油经初馏、常压蒸馏在一定的条件下蒸出的轻馏分,或二次加工汽油经加氢精制而得的汽油馏分。
其沸点范围依需要而定,通常为较宽的馏程,如30-220℃。
它具有烷烃、环烷烃含量高,安定性能好,重金属含量低,硫含量低等优点,石脑油是制取乙烯、丙烯的重要原料,玉门炼油化工总厂生产的石脑油最先执行的是Q/SY 26-2002产品标准,标准具体内容见表1表1 Q/SY 26-2002 石脑油产品标准Q/SY 26-2002石脑油产品标准对烃类族组成因为需要测定烷烃和环烷烃总含量以及烯烃含量,采用GB/T11132试验方法就可以准确分析,然而,2009年以后石脑油产品标准进行了更新,标准具体内容见表2表2 Q/SY 26-2009 石脑油产品标准Q/SY 26-2009石脑油产品新标准对石脑油烃类族组成有了较高的要求,需要测定烷烃、环烷烃、烯烃和芳烃含量,尤其是65号石脑油还必须测定正构烷烃含量,因此准确测定石脑油的烃类族组成对于石脑油划分牌号和出厂至关重要。
二、实验内容1、试验方法的选择产品标准规定采用SH/T0741-2002汽油中烃类组成的测定(多维气相色谱法)和SH/T0714 -2002石脑油中单体烃组成测定法(毛细管气相色谱法)来分析, S H/T0741-2002汽油中烃类组成的测定(多维气相色谱法)只能分析出饱和烃、苯、非苯芳烃、烯烃这四种组分,然而对产品标准中要求的烷烃、正构烷烃、环烷烃的含量没有办法分离测定,而SH/T0714 -2002石脑油中单体烃组成测定法(毛细管气相色谱法)尽管能分析烷烃、正构烷烃、环烷烃和芳烃含量,但是不能测定烯烃含量,由于玉门炼厂的石脑油不仅仅是直馏馏分,还有其它二次加工的馏分,忽略烯烃存在,势必导致分析结果不够准确,因此综合研究,我们确定必须采用两种试验方法组合分析,首先通过多维气相色谱法测定出饱和烃、苯、非苯芳烃、烯烃这四种组分作为基础数据,然后在通过石脑油中单体烃组成测定方法测定出饱和烃中各个组分含量的质量百分数,最终计算出Q/SY 26-2009石脑油产品新标准要求的烃类组成。
己烷在沸石咪唑酯骨架材料ZIF-8、ZIF-67上的吸附性能研究陈乐;胥平平;张致慧;陈群;何明阳【摘要】Zeolitic imidazolate frameworks ZIF-8 and ZIF-6 7 were synthesized at room temperature.The two samples were characted by XRD,SEM and BET.The single component adsorption equilibrium isotherms for n-hexane、2-methylpentane on the two ZIF materials were measured.The results show that the static adsorbed amount of n-hexane and 2-methylpentane on ZIF-8 is higher than that on ZIF-67.The break-through curves of n-hexane/2-methylpentane mixture absorbed on ZIF-8 were obtained by continuous dy-namic adsorption experiments.The results show that ZIF-8 exhibits a higher selectivity and adsorption ca-pacity for n-hexane.At the total pressure of 1.0MPa and feed concentration ratio of 1∶1,the dynamic ad-sorption capacity of ZIF-8 for n-C6 is 0.40g·g-1 ,the separation factor is 5.71.%常温法合成了沸石咪唑酯骨架材料ZIF-8和ZIF-67,用 XRD、SEM和BET测试手段对所合成的样品进行了表征。
