一、西安西熔电力科技有限公司1、3.6-40.5kv高压限流熔断器本产品适用于户内50Hz,额定电压3.6-40.5kV系统作为电压互感器的过载或短路保护之用,(通过国家高压电器质量监督检测中心试验,产品符合GB/T15166.2和IEC60282-1)。

一、实验目的熟悉高低压电器、高低压成套配电装置的结构、功能, 了解其技术特性。
二、实验主要仪器与设备各种高低压电器设备、高低压成套配电装置。
三、实验原理(一)高压熔断器熔断器是常用的一种简单的保护电器。
当通过它的电流超过规定值并经过一定的时间后熔体熔化, 从而切断电流, 对线路及设备进行短路保护或过负荷保护。
1. 户内高压熔断器①RN1和RN2型高压管式熔断器。
RNl 及RN2型熔断器结构如图1-1所示, 主要由熔管、触座、动作指示器、绝缘子、石英砂填料和底座组成。
图1-1 RNl 及RN2型熔断器结构图 短路电流通过时, 并联铜丝熔断产生电弧, 电弧在充满石英砂填料的熔管内燃烧, 灭弧过程中利用了粗弧分细、长弧切短、狭沟灭弧和冷却灭弧等灭弧方法。
②XRNT 、XRNP 型高压限流熔断器。
XRNT 、XRNP 型高压限流熔断器结构如图1-2所示。

熔断器依靠石英砂对电弧的吸热和游离气体向石英砂间隙扩散的作用进行灭弧, 同时可利用冶金效应形成串联电弧, 将长弧切短加速灭弧。
熔丝熔断时, 撞击器迅速弹出, 驱动连锁电器(常用负荷开关)的脱扣器而使开关跳闸或并发出熔断信号。
2、户外高压跌开式熔断器如图1-3所示为RW4-10(G)型跌落式熔断器结构。
熔断器熔管外层为酚醛纸管或环氧玻璃布管, 内套纤维质消弧管, 其灭弧原理为: 短路电流使熔体熔断, 形成电弧, 电弧灼烧消弧管内壁, 产气纵吹电弧而熄灭。
如图1-4所示为RW10-10F跌开式熔断器。
在一般跌开式熔断器的上静触头上加装了一个简单的灭弧室, 因而可以带负荷操作, 相当于负荷开关。

Under a fault condition, arc heat decomposes the boric acid, which produces gases and boric anhydride. The water vapor blast extinguishes the arc in a deionizing action and exits from the bottom of the fuse.Type RBA indoor expulsion fuses are fitted with a filter or condenser that moderates the discharge exhaust. The discharge filter limits the exhaust to a small and relatively inert amount of gas and lowers the noise level without affecting the fuse interrupting rating. Steam discharge, that can affect the interrupting, is fully restricted by the condenser.Each type RDB outdoor dropout fuse includes an ejector pin that is forced through the top of the fuse. The ejector pin releases a latch on the mounting and the fuseholder is kicked outward and swings into the dropout position, through 180° with a vertical mounting, or 90° with an underslug mounting.Refill units can be fieldinstalled into RBA and RDB expulsion fuses. 户外交流高压跌落式熔断器 安装使用说明书步骤1:如图1所示配置一个合适的托架,此托架 图1 将熔断器安装到支架上可以使用合适的横担、立柱或墙上的支架。
步骤2:如图1所示将熔断器安装到支架上,用螺栓稍微固定,使熔断器能绕螺栓轴转动。
注意在支架与安装柄之间有防步骤3:转动熔断器至最易于运行操作的位置并将它安全可靠地固定。
步骤4使紧固。
步骤1:将熔丝链头部的圆头螺钉拧紧,小心将熔丝链拉直。
步骤2:拧开熔管头部的金属帽,将熔丝链的底部 图2a 将弹簧板压到极限从熔管的上部进去,到下部穿出来。
步骤3: 紧。
松开耳轴上熔丝链夹紧螺母,见图2a 步骤4:将弹簧板压到极限力)见图2a 丝母上,见图2b ,将熔丝链拉紧,但不要太紧 图2b 将熔丝链绕螺母拉紧步骤5:剪断夹紧螺母外的熔丝链使露出的熔丝链长度约为10mm 。
熔丝链的安装(有加长连接杆的熔断器)有加长连接杆的熔丝链需要拆除熔丝链头部的可卸式圆头螺钉。
步骤1:拧掉熔丝链头部的圆头螺钉(有的熔丝链还有垫圈)。
步骤2:旋松熔管上部的金属帽,将加长连接杆从熔管中拿出。
步骤3:将熔丝链与加长连接杆连接起来并拧紧,拉直熔丝链,把熔丝链的尾部从熔管上部伸进,从下部拉出。
下面同上节步骤3~5。
安装并合上熔管只有专业人员才可以使用、检查和维修熔断器。
操作人员必须穿戴必要的与安全要求相一致的防护用品,如橡胶手套,安全帽、墨镜等。
图3 关合熔管步骤1:在如前所述安装好熔丝链后,轴的锁眼或将钩棒的尖头插进耳轴孔。
步骤2:如图3并将钩棒小心脱离。
步骤3:将钩棒的尖头插入熔管的拉环中,大约45度,然后朝着熔管端部方向猛力一推,打开熔管在没有使用负荷开断操作杆的情况下,不得打开运行中的熔管,因为这样会引起闪用负荷开断操作杆打开熔管后,可用钩棒将熔管提起脱离底座下部挂钩,见图3。

例如,RN4-20高压熔断器就是额定电压2KV户内高压限流熔断器,用于电压互感器的短路保护,其断流容量为10002MVA。
在短路时以限制线路电流到最小值的方式进行瞬时开断,1分钟内熔断电流应在0.6~1.8A范围内。
二、技术参数三、操作以及用途1、检验操作项目及要求检验前应填写好“高压熔断器检验记录”中的合同号、产品名称、产品型号、出厂编号,必要时需该项目车间负责人在旁。
1)外观检查A.开箱检查B.检验包装箱应完好无损无损坏,丢失,变形现象;C.包装箱内应附有产品合格证,装箱单和安全使用数明书;D.包装箱内物品的名称,数量,型号应与包装箱一致;E.是否有按用户要求提供的熔管,触头,熔丝等备品,随同产品发运。
