In our life, we meet quite a lot of people: some just pass
by while others can change our lives. Miss Bella is such a person.
She taught me two years only. However, she has taught me a lot
in many ways.
Every day she began her classes with a smile and a fresh
face. She made me realize that warm smiles could change a person.
I was shy but I wasn’t nervous in her classes at all. She gave
lessons in a different way from other teachers. We had many
chances to talk about problems in English classes. Miss Bella
would thumb upto encourage us when someone had great ideas. Now,
I find that I have learned much from her classes. Learning to
speak out your ideas is so important in society. She also made
me realize that I could be myself by showing opinions bravely.

学情分析
王瓜店初级中学是一所乡镇中学,九年级14班共有48个学生,他们自小学三年级始学习英语,到九年级已有一定的英语基础,很多学生平时对英语的学习也很有兴趣,课堂上大胆展示自己,课下积极讨论,全班同学学习英语的兴趣比较浓厚。而且学校进行的“小组教学”也让学生受益匪浅,学生互相帮助互相学习,班级的整体学习水平有了很大提高。
在平时的课堂上,一班的学生表现大胆积极,学生大都可以主动去展示自己,组长也带领组员去争取最佳小组。特别是一、二、五组
组长,细心认真,能够关注每个组员。所以在课堂上,他们组一直表现很好。运用所学知识对话时,很多学生的交际能力很强,可以举一反三,虽然会出现错误,但这种探求知识的渴望让老师感到欣慰,也让老师更有自信把学生们教好带好。
但也有一部分同学英语偏科现象严重,成绩很不理想,所以需要教师和同学的帮助,好在很多稍微差点的学生态度端正,积极向老师和同学请教。特别是利用小组学习,组长积极帮助后进生,而且带动组员互帮互赶,使整个班形成一种强大的向心力和凝聚力。

学习效果分析
本单元是Unit 2 I think that mooncakes are delicious!在复习本单元重点单词、短语、语法的基础上,进一步增强学生的语言的综合运用能力与阅读能力。在教学设计中,我采用小组合作探究学习的模式,把学生由被动接受变成主动思考,由跟随课堂变成主导课堂。针对初三学生普遍不活跃的现象,我采用多种形式尽力让学生参与课堂,如read together and spell,read one by one, work in pairs,
discuss in groups 等。小组合作意在将本单元短语和句型融合,作文思路中的回忆、变化、感恩、畅想未来正迎合了前面的话题,学生口头作文时也会水到渠成。之后的限时任务型阅读,取材依附于本单
