农资广角3.搭架和植株管理。
及时进行整枝吊蔓。
定植后当植株长至30~40厘米时绑蔓,绑缚松紧要适宜,一般每1~2穗果绑1次蔓,采用单干整枝法,结5穗果打顶。
第1花序进入开花期及时进行整枝打杈,适当晚打杈有利根系发育。
以后每7天打杈1次,或随时打杈;如果植株生长势较弱,侧枝可适当晚打,或留叶摘心。
进入采收期后及时摘除植株下部老叶、病叶,以利通风透光。
4.适时采收。
早春栽培一般采用1500~2000毫克/千克乙烯利喷施在植株上或在25℃左右温度条件下将采收的青熟期果实催熟,可提早1周上市,提高经济效益。
夏、秋季高温期果实进入转色期采收,放置通风凉爽处或在运输过程中自然转色,不进行催熟。
(黄文)异杀菌剂——氟唑菌酰胺氟唑菌酰胺是巴斯夫公司开发的羧酰胺类杀菌剂,具有很好的预防和治疗活性,用于防治广谱真菌病害,至少能防治26种真菌病害,是近几年发展起来的优异杀菌剂。
一、作用机制氟唑菌酰胺为琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂,作用于线粒体呼吸链复合体Ⅱ中的琥珀酸脱氢酶,抑制其活性,进而抑制病原菌孢子萌发以及芽管和菌丝体的生长。
二、应用范围氟唑菌酰胺高效、广谱、持效、选择性强,具有优异的内吸传导性,耐雨水冲刷,通过叶面和种子处理来有效防治谷物、大豆、玉米、油菜、果树、蔬菜、甜菜、花生、棉花、草坪等多种作物的主要病害,如谷物、大豆、果树和蔬菜上由壳针孢菌、灰葡萄孢菌、白粉菌、尾孢菌、柄锈菌、丝核菌、核腔菌等引发的病害,豆科植物的灰霉病、锈病、白粉病,棉花立枯病,向日葵和油籽菜上由链格孢菌引起的病害等。
氟唑菌酰胺适配性强,有多种复配产品。
Adexar(氟唑菌酰胺+氟环唑)用于小麦、大麦、黑小麦、黑麦和燕麦,防治白粉病、叶枯病、颖枯病、条锈病和叶锈病等;Priaxor(氟唑菌酰胺+吡唑醚菌酯)在美国登记用于大豆、番茄、马铃薯和其他大田作物,对大豆褐斑病的防治有特效;Orkestra SC(氟唑菌酰胺+吡唑醚菌酯)在巴西登记用于大豆、柑橘、马铃薯、洋葱、胡萝卜、苹果、芒果、甜瓜、黄瓜、甜椒、番茄、油菜、花生、菜豆、向日葵、高粱、玉米、小麦和花卉(菊花和玫瑰)等,能防治亚洲大豆锈病,增强作物光合作用,用于病害的抗性管理;Priaxor D(氟唑菌酰胺+吡唑醚菌酯+四氟醚唑)在美国登记用于防治对甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂产生抗性的大豆灰斑病等;种子处理剂Obvius(氟唑菌酰胺+吡唑醚菌酯+甲霜灵)在美国登记,能防治许多作物的多种难治苗期病害。
巴斯夫新颖作用机理的杀菌剂——唑嘧菌胺卵菌病害传播途径多样,且易变异,使得无论是气传卵菌病害,还是土传卵菌病害整体上都呈逐年加重趋势。
近年来,由卵菌病害引发的晚疫病已发展成为马铃薯生产上的第一大病害,霜霉病和疫病等也成为黄瓜等蔬菜的主要病害。
卵菌病害的防控主要依赖化学药剂的使用,但卵菌病害抗性发展快,除了病菌变异的因素,过于频繁、超剂量及单独施用化学药剂,往往导致抗药性在较短时间内发生。
因此,开发不同作用机制的杀菌剂很重要,有助于减少药剂对病菌群体的选择压力,延缓抗性的产生。
唑嘧菌胺为三唑并嘧啶类新型杀菌剂,作用机理新颖,能有效防治卵菌病害,如晚疫病、霜霉病、疫病等。
其与目前商业化的卵菌病害防治药剂如嘧菌酯、烯酰吗啉、甲霜灵、霜脲氰等无交互抗性,是防治卵菌病害的理想药剂。
01理化性质及毒性唑嘧菌胺又称为辛唑嘧菌胺,英文通用名ametoctradin,开发代号BAS 650F,商品名Initium、Orvego、Enervin、Zampro等。
其IUPAC名称:5-乙基-6-辛基[1,2,4]三唑[1,5-a]嘧啶-7-胺。
CAS登录号:865318-97-4;相对分子质量:275.39;分子式:C15H25N5。
其结构式如图1。

熔点:198℃;沸点:沸点前分解,分解温度234℃;蒸气压(20℃):2.1×10-10 Pa;辛醇-水分配系数(pH 7,20℃):2.51×104(计算值);离解常数p K a(25℃):2.78;密度:1.117 g/cm3。
溶解度(20℃):在水中的溶解度为0.15 mg/L;在甲醇中的溶解度为7,200 mg/L,甲苯中为100 mg/L,乙酸乙酯中为800 mg/L,丙酮中为1,900 mg/L。
唑嘧菌胺在土壤中易降解至难降解,DT50:1.8 d [典型、实验室(20℃)],19.7 d(大田);DT90:11.3 d(实验室,20℃)、168 d(大田)。
