材质规范说明书
一、根据工地图纸标示，不锈钢井盖用来斗为材质304不锈钢板实
厚9.2mm剪折成角钢90×60，实厚7.2mm剪折成角钢80×
60，焊成外框和内框。外框加焊油槽；内框加焊小角钢和钢
筋双向加强，间距150mm。
二、不锈钢水筐子为316不锈钢5mm厚激光割50mm单向条焊接。
另一方向加焊20mm肋条使表面成小方格形式。拼接成水筐
子。
三、产品制作执行规范，按国标GB/Tl220-2007标准。
Material Specification Introduction
1.According to the workshop drawings,manhole covers shall include inside and outside casings.Its outside casings are made of angle steel,which can be work out by304stainless steel plates with a thickness of9.2mm angled into90*60,.And7.2mm ones for inside casing can be7.2mm S.S.plates angled into80*60.The outside casing shall has welded oil grooves.And in the marked location,small angle steel should be welded onto the inside casing,in which reinforced bars shall be embedded with a spacing of150mm.
2.Stainless steel gratings has many small squares.They are built up with 50mm vertical316stainless steel bars,cut by laser and be5mm in thickness. And then added with20mm bars from horizontal direction to form small squares in the grating.
3.Products are made in accordance with the standard of GB/T1220-2007.
