2、为同学提供自主学习和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的一个空间。

3、激励同学通过体验、施行、合作、探究等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合能力。

4、创造条件让同学能够探究他们自己的一些问题，并自主解决问题。

二、关注同学情感，创造民主、和谐的教学气氛。

同学只有对自己、对英语及其文化有积极的情态，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩，呆板的情态，不仅会影响英语学习的效果，还会影响其它发展，情态是学好英语的重要因素，因此我努力创造宽松民主、和谐的教学空间，做到： 1、尊重每个同学，积极激励他们在学习中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积极性。

2、把英语教学与情态有机地结合起来，创造各种合作学习的活动，促进同学互相学习，互相帮助，体验成就感，发展合作精神。

3、关注学习有困难的或性格内向的学习，尽可能地为他们创造语言的机会。

4、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道，经常和同学一起反思学习过程和学习效果，互相激励和帮助，做到教学相关。

三、强化对同学学习策略的指导，让他们在学习和适用的过程中逐步学会如何学习做到：1、积极创造条件，让同学参加到阶段性学习目标，以及实现目标的方法。

2、引导同学结合语境，采纳推测、查阅和协调的方法进行学习。

3、引导同学在学习过程中，进行自我评价，并依据必需要调整自己的学习目标和学习策略。

Unit 1 Winter activities 单元（教案）一、教学目标1. 知识与技能：（1）学生能够理解并运用关于冬季活动的词汇和句型；（2）学生能够通过听、说、读、写的活动，提高英语语言运用能力；（3）学生能够了解冬季活动的文化背景。

2. 过程与方法：（1）通过图片、视频等教学资源，激发学生的学习兴趣；（2）通过小组讨论、角色扮演等活动，培养学生的合作能力和交际能力；（3）通过课后作业，巩固所学知识。
