玻璃基板清洗的洁净度直接关乎到产品的良品率，因此超声波干式清洗机的设计研发就显得尤为重要。

本文提出了一种基于PLC的超声波干式清洗机的设计。

本设备的结构主要由以下几部分组成：升降部分、传送部分、测厚部分、VCR部分、清洗系统部分、破片检测部分以及整形部分。

在设备的运行过程中，上游机械手臂将玻璃基板放置到升降部分上，升降部分接收到玻璃基板后下降，玻璃基板就下降到了传送部分的滚轮上。

在玻璃基板往下游流片的过程中，测厚传感器将玻璃的厚度进行测量，并保证厚度的误差在±0.05 mm以内。

VCR通过扫描玻璃基板上的码来确定玻璃的信息并进行数据匹配。

完成上述两项检测之后，玻璃基板将流经清洗头并同时进行双面的清洗，清洗结束后传输到滚轮的传出位置。

位于设备传出位置四个角的破片检测传感器将对玻璃的完整度进行检测，并将结果反馈给PLC。

当玻璃完成了上述检测和清洗之后，设备的整形部分将对玻璃基板进行整形，来保证下游的机械手臂能够准确的将玻璃基板取走。

清洗机工作过程时的流程图如图1所示。

图1 工作过程流程图本设备的操作面板采用触摸屏来实现人机的交互，可以通过触摸屏来输入设置各种参数，保证上下游的设备能够准确的完成协作。

同时可以通过触摸屏查看设备各部分的状态，以及玻璃传输过程中的各个传感器的状态。

1 清洗机的结构和实现功能1) 机架部分:本设备内部机架使用了槽钢焊接工艺，外部机架使用了铝型材封装。
