G: We provide ample facilities like weight-lifting, chest-expanding, and there is a swimming pool. What’s more, we have a sauna bath with a massage service there, too.
G：It sounds good! Is it free for hotel guests?
C: Yes. Please show your room key when you go there.
G: Thank you very much indeed.
C: You are welcome.
Dialogue two At the Beauty Saloon
(H=Hairdresser, G=Guest)
H: Good evening, madam. Would you like your hair done? ( How would you like your
hair done?)
G: Yes. I’d like my hair shampooed and set.
H: Take the seat, please.
G: Well, I’d like my head and face massaged, too.
H：All right, madams…Please have a look. Is this the style you want?
G：Yes, it looks great. Thank you.
Dialogue Three Bowling
(RC=Recreation Clerk, G=Guest)
RC: Good evening, sir. May I help you?
G: What time will you close?
RC: We are open till 12:00p.m. ( The service hours of bowling is from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm)
G: How much do you charge for an hour?
RC: 38 Yuan an hour. Would you like to have a go?
G: Sure.
RC: Thank you, sir. How would you like to pay, in cash or signing the bill?
G: Sign the bill, please. Here is my room key.
RC: Thank you. We will keep your room key here. You can get it back after playing .Slippers and personal shoes are not allowed in the bowling room. Special bowling shoes are available here. Would you please tell me your size?
G: Oh, size 41.
RC: Here are the shoes .Lane8, please.

Situation one:
Student A: You role-play a guest who would like to do some exercise .You ask the housekeeper for some information.
Student B: Tell the guest there are many recreational facilities in the hotel, including a gym room, a swimming pool, two tennis courts, a bowling room, a billiard room, etc. After hearing the introduction, the guest is very happy because he has so many choices.
Situation two:
Student A: You are a registered guest. You enter the gym.
Student B: You come to greet him and show him around.
