The procedure applies to the installation, alteration or removal of scaffolds for the intermediate product of the xx Project and its tank project, mainly for tank installation.2目的Purpose2.1为xx罐区工程施工一共提供脚手架安装、拆除，建立统一检查标准。

It is to establish a unified inspection standard for installation and removal of scaffolds for the intermediate product of the xx Project and its tank project.3定义Definition3.1脚手架：脚手架定义为一个临时结构，提供通道、施工或用于支撑材料、装置或设备。

分为两种类型：Scaffold:Scaffold is defined as a temporary structure providing pass for construction or being used for supporting material, apparatus or equipment. It is classified as two types:3.1.1单体形式、梯子、圆形或所有其它用途的框架或整体结构；Single-form, ladder, circular or other useful frames or whole structure.3.2管道和扣件：不同长度的单根管子用一个个连管节（连接，旋转,直角）连接在一起。

业主方为巴斯夫马来西亚国油化学公司(简称BPC)，管理公司由FLOUR负责，综合专业工程C420区域由中国化学工程马来西亚公司（以下简称―CCEM‖）承建。

The project is BPC Lemongrass Project which is located in Gebeng Industrial Park of Kuantan Malaysia. The Owner is the BASF-PETRONAS Chemicals (BPC) Complex. Management Company is FLUOR. Multi-discipline work (Area C400 Citral Unit) is contracted and constructed by China Chemical Engineering Malaysia Company. (Hereinafter referred to as CCEM)㈠、工程简介Project description1、本项目地上工艺管道主要由管廊管道和装置区域管道工程组成。

管道预制和安装程序１、总则（１）管道施工执行业主提供的总的技术要求规范和CPECC规范,二者如有冲突,应以业主要求的规范为主。

（２）管道预制和安装的焊工必须按照批准的程序通过考核并获得相应的证书才能上岗。

（３）所有管材及管配装卸、保管和领取应遵循材料装卸、保管和发放程序—MBOD/EPCⅠ—MU—QC Ⅲ.8。

（４）预制按照已批准的单线图进行预制,并由技术员在单线图上标出预制范围。

（５）管道焊接应遵循工艺管道焊接程序-MBOD/EPC1-RP-WLD-06。

２、管道预制（１）管道的预制仅限于2″以上的管，除撬装设备管道在车间预制外，其余在现场预制。

（２）管材、管件领取由施工班组提前三天提出所需材料计划，由技术人员核实，班组派专人领取，领料单应保存，材料应分类放好。

下料和组对之前，应仔细检查管材和管件，确认材质、壁厚和规格，对管材变形、严重划伤、法兰及阀门密封面损坏、管件有裂纹等不符合规范的材料应更换，并作好记录，对不符合规范的材料应作明显的标记，以防下次被误用。

３、管材切割（１）管道切割可采用机械和火焊切割，2″以下碳钢管道可以用切割机切割，不锈钢管道不能用火焊切割，2″以下的不锈钢管可以用切割机切割，2″以上的不锈钢管用等离子切割机或机械方法切割，切割后应清除表面氧化物和金属熔渣。

镀锌管应用切割机切割。

（２）管材切割时，考虑到切割打磨和焊接造成收缩，管道下料时应留1-2mm余量，安装固定口处应留100mm以上的余量。

（３）切割后，每段切割料上应作标记移植，标明材质、壁厚和规格。

切割后对未作标记的管材，没有经过鉴定，暂不能使用。

４、坡口加工（１）坡口用机械方法或采用火焊切割加工坡口，但必须用角向磨光机磨平，除去氧化渣，坡口角度达到焊接要求，焊前应对坡口内、外表面及两侧各25mm进行清理，应用棉纱头和钢丝刷除去水、油污、飞溅和油漆，不锈钢必须使用不锈钢刷清扫。

（２）坡口加工后作外观检查，不得发现有裂纹，夹渣等缺陷，清理和检查合格的坡口，应及时完成焊接工作，并作好记录。

建造工艺流程3.3 建造步骤3.3.1材料采办、接收3.3.2放样、划线、切割总体建造程序第 1 页共 15页放样、划线、切割详见《划线程序》。

3.3.3制管制管按照API Spec 2B和业主规格书执行，详见《导管架制管程序》。

3.3.4分片预制需要预制立片、水平分片。

预制的附件包括：靠船排、抗冰锥、梯子栏杆、泵护管及支撑、吊点等。

1）ROW A和ROW B 立片预制ROW A、ROW B立片预制时，立管卡子、靠船排横承、牺牲阳极等安装到立片上。

第一步：固定垫墩详见垫墩布置图，摆放主导管（立片外侧一面朝下）临时垫墩示意图第二步：点焊固定中间水平层水平撑管第三步：点焊固定中间水平层和防沉板层之间拉筋管。

第四步：点焊固定防沉板水平撑管。

第五步：点焊固定走道水平撑管。

第六步：整体焊接固定。

第七步：焊接靠船排支撑、牺牲阳极、走道支撑等附属结构。

第八步：立片预制完成后，整体运输到涂装车间进行喷涂。

2）走道、中间层水平片预制。

第一步：固定水平片的内部支撑管。

固定垫墩详见垫墩布置图第二步：点焊固定井口基盘的撑管，按照以下步骤组装。

第三步：点焊固定水平片的拉筋管。

第四步：焊接井口片。

焊接时，采用由里向外、由中间向两边并交叉组对的方法预制焊接。

走道水平片和中间层水平片焊接顺序应保持一致。

第五步：走道水平片完工后，整体运输到涂装车间进行喷涂详见《涂装程序》。

3.5 场地组装第一步：清理场地，摆放滑靴。

滑靴布置详见滑靴布置图道路灭火器照明灯项目建造区域线滑靴第二步：防沉板水平片建造防沉板水平片直接在滑道上建造。

第三步：吊装ROW“A”立片。

第四步：吊装防沉板和中间水平层之间的拉筋管。

防沉板水平片ROW“A”立片拉筋管第五步：吊装中间水平片。

中间水平片临时支撑第六步：吊装走道水平片。

走道水平片临时支撑第七步：吊装ROW“B”立片。

ROW B立片第八步：安装抗冰锥。

先安装下半部分，再安装上半部分。

抗冰锥抗冰锥第九步：安装靠船件，完善顶层走道。
