深筋膜培训学习总结筋膜是人体的结缔组织，在人体中起包裹、分割、保护、支持、营养、维持姿势、协调运动以及通路作用。
深筋膜即固有筋膜，由致密结缔组织构成，遍布全身且相互连续；包被肌或肌群，伸入肌群之间与骨相连，分隔肌群称肌间隔。
在腕部和踝部，深筋膜层显著增厚，形成支持带，对肌腱其支持和约束作用。
深筋膜还包被血管和神经，形成血管神经束的筋膜鞘，此外，深筋膜还包被腺体，形成腺体的被膜。
筋膜为机体提供了一个连续的网络，对骨骼、关节囊、肌肉、神经以及内脏等，既起限制、稳定作用，又可以通过扩张筋膜来调节对它们的压力，以维持机体内环境的稳定。
同时筋膜内大量的神经末梢，感知疼痛，痛觉感受器，并对运动模式、创伤等产生记忆功能。
包裹与分割作用：筋膜覆盖人体所有结构，在分隔各结构的同时并将它们连接起来，使它们固定在特定的位置，同时又具有一定的活动性。
保护与支持作用：筋膜覆盖在所有器官的表面，为器官提供支持并进行保护，分布于不同的器官上的筋膜密度不同，这使不同器官的抵抗性、固定性和活动性各不相同。
维持姿势：即维持稳态，由运动系统来决定。
本体感受器位于筋膜内，位于肌肉组织内的肌梭和Golgi腱器，与韧带和关节囊内的Pacini小体和Golgi小体一同维持身体的张力，并调整身体姿势。
此过程中肌肉起重要作用，而筋膜负责其中的连接。
通路作用：结缔组织形成血管、淋巴管以及神经等通路，内分泌和外分泌通路均由结缔组织形成，骨在代谢过程中，筋膜起非常重要的作用。
因为筋膜决定器官的外形，如肝脏、肾上腺等，筋膜的张力影响器官的功能。
协调运动作用：除运动单位（motor uniit）外，肌筋膜单位（myofascial unit，MF）是运动系统最基本的结构。
MF的协同中心（A centre of coordination，CC）协调肌肉向量的同步化，感觉中心（A centre of perception，CP）感知关节的运动。
头痛筋膜治疗方法（1）询问病史，收集信息；（2）评估：三个运动面六个方向的运动评估，评估动作受限的平面；（3）触诊，找出有疼痛的点；（4）确定要治疗的平面及治疗点（CC点）；（5）首先处理最痛的CC点或最僵硬的CC点，第一个CC点的治疗要发一定的时间，当疼痛消失或减轻至40%以下时可停止治疗；（6）再次评估。

城市搜索与救援协调单元培训概述王洋 张涛本文通过参加新西兰搜索与救援协调协调单元培训经历，围绕城市搜救核心协调要素、突发事件响应、接待撤离中心及搜救协调中心的建立与运维等环节进行了梳理和分析，并结合我国实际为今后跨国境救援力量建设发展进行了积极的思考。
