百威公司产品均提供保修服务,保修期为机组调试验收合格后的12 个月或累计运行一千小时;以先到期为准。
保修期内不包含消耗品;如因原厂调整则以原厂保固条例执行。
凡由百威公司制造及销售的百威产品均提供终身服务。
百威产品所有的服务及配件均可从百威公司总部或百威的分销商获得。
一、发电机组的安装1.机组安装在混凝土地板上:*应在地板上浇注一个钢筋混凝土底座.*混凝土底座应经过一个月173KPa以上压力测试合格.*混凝土底座应高于地板至少150mm,延机组底盘每边至少扩展150mm, *水泥机座上应预埋”J”或”L”型地脚螺栓.2.机组固定在底盘式油箱上:*发动机,发动机与油箱之间必须加装减振器.*油箱结构和强度必须能承受机组的静载荷和动载荷.*油箱底部和地面之间必须留有一定距离,便于检修维护.3. 机组安装在振动隔离基础上:(图三)机组安装在振动隔离基础上二、进排气系统·使用吊架或支架支撑排气管和增压器·波纹管严禁用来充当弯头和补偿安装误·对于200KW以上机组,使用610mm以上的不锈钢波纹管·水平铺设排气管设0.3-0.5%坡度,坡向室外,最低点设排污阀·配置发动机排气管时,禁止使用直径小于排气口的管道·如排气管必须向上弯曲时,应在上升起始点位置设置排水栓·多台发电机组安装时,共用排气管道需特别注意(图四)进排气系统示意图三、冷却系统1.进风口宜设定在发电机端或发电机两侧,面积应大于水箱面积2.2倍。
2.出风口面积应为水箱面积的1.5倍,并应在出风口安装百叶窗和挡风墙。
3.使用柔性风道法兰与水箱连接,吸收机组位移和振动,防止噪声传播。
4.热风必须通过风道排放到机房外,风道截面积应从小到大平滑过渡,如风道存在弯道,则必须安装导流板以减少压力损失。
