Since I went to college, I feel so excited about the new

chapter of my life. I have imagined the campus life for so

many years. Now I finally come to this stage. I have much

time after class, so I need to learn to deal with it. After

two years’ struggling, I find the right way to spend my time.

自从我上了大学，我对生活的新篇章非常兴奋。我对这样的校园生活已经想象了好多年了，现在终于到了这个阶段。课后我有很多时间，所以我得学会处理。经过两年的挣扎，我找到了消磨时间的方法。

The first thing for every college student is to learn

major knowledge. In China, so many students think college

time is used to play instead of study, so they skip class.

This is a big mistake. College is the stage for students to

master practical skills, which decides what kind of job they

will work on. So I study very hard from Monday to Friday. I

don’t want to miss the important knowledge.

对每个大学生来说，第一件事就是学习专业知识。在中国，很多学生认为大学的时间是用来玩而不是学习的，所以他们逃课。这是很大的误解，大学是学生掌握实践技能的舞台，这决定了他们将来从事什么样的工作。所以从周一到周五我都在努力学习，我不想错过重要的知识。

The second thing for college students is to join the

after-class activities. Joining the activities can not only

learn more skills, such as dance and sports, but also can make friends. Campus is like a small society. Students need

to learn to make connections with other students, so that

they can win more chances. I learn a lot from my new friends

and know how to communicate.

对于大学生来说第二件事就是参加课外活动。参加活动不但能够学到更多的技能，比如舞蹈和运动，还能够交到朋友。校园就像一个小型社会，学生需要学会与其他学生建立联系，这样他们才能赢得更多的机会。我从我的新朋友那里学到了很多，也知道如何沟通。

My college life is wonderful, I learn both knowledge and

为了号召公众注重保护知识产权，世界知识产权日定在了4月26日，这样有助于宣传一个人努力工作的价值。当有人创造产品时，他需要注册专利以此来保护自己的智慧被他人窃窃。现在，越来越多的人开始意识到法律的力量来保护他们的创造物。

For those people who plagiarize other people's design,

they should be punished by law. It is a shame to make

Shanzhai products. What they do not only hurts the designers'

feelings, but also brings great loss of customers, because no

one wants to get fake products.

对于那些剽窃他人设计的人，他们应该受到法律的惩罚。制造山寨产品是可耻的。他们的所作所为不但伤害了设计者的感情，也给顾客带来了巨大的损失，因为没有人想要买到假货。

About 4,000 years ago, the emperor named a man to be the

government officer. The man's job was to use shells and knots

to records incidents, but soon he found this way wasn't

effective due to the raise of incidents. Finally, he created

the words and the emperor made a big celebration. Then it

rained with grain, so people called this day Grain Rain.

Though people made different traditions on Grain Rain,

they are all thankful to the coming harvest.
