The book report is due in two weeks.

教学过程

Step 1 Lead-in

Show students a picture and say:Look at this boy. His name is

Jim.He found a map of a treasure island.A lot of treasure is still

there.So,do you want to go treasure hunting with him?

Step 2 Task 1

T:Let’s start a journey to treasure island.Before we get to the island

to find the treasure.We should finish all the tasks.The first one, Let’s play

a guessing game.

Guess the names of these books according to the descriptions.

Step 3 Task 2 :Find out who likes reading books best in our class.

Work on 1a and practice the key sentences.

Step 4 Task 3:Listening task

Work on 1b, 2a,2b

After finish 1b,let students have a pair work to practice the

conversations.

Step 5 Task 4:Oral report

Let students have a group to Introduce Chinese classics.

Step 6 Task 5 Let students make a book card for their favorite book after class.

Step 7 Emotional teaching
