一般过去式

1. 含义:表示动作或者状态发生在过去

2.构成:肯定句:主语+动词过去式+ 其它 如:I went home at nine o'clock yesterday.

否定句:主语+didn't +动词原形+其它 如:I didn't go home yesterday. He didn't tell

me about you.

疑问句:一般疑问句:Did +主语+动词原形+宾语

如:Did you go home yesterday? Did you study in the school?

肯定回答: Yes, I did. 否定回答:No, I didn't.

特殊疑问句:特殊疑问词+did +主语+动词原型+宾语

When did you finish your homework last night? What did you do the day before

yesterday?

3. 一般过去时态动词变化形式

一般过去时态由动词的过去式表示。大多数动词的过去式是在动词原形后加上ed构成。这类动词称为规则动词。

1) 一般情况下在词尾直接加ed。 如:play―played work―worked

2) 以e结尾的动词只加d. 如:like--- liked love―loved

3) 以辅音字母+Y结尾的动词,变Y为i,再加ed. 如:study―studied carry―carried

4) 以重读闭音节结尾的动词,如果末尾只有一个辅音字母,要双写最后这个辅音字母,再加ed.

如:stop―stopped

5) 不以ed 结尾的过去式,称为不规则动词,如:

write --wrote go-went do-did have-had see-saw take-took make-made

come-came buy-bought

4. 标志词。一般过去时表示过去发生的动作或存在的状态,恰巧与表示过去的一些时间状语连用。

5. 由某些表示过去时态的从句等。

1.词汇辨析

1) farm. farmer ,

farm 可数名词 “农场”, on the farm 动词 “务农,种田”

farmer 可数名词 “农民,农场主”

farming 不可数名词 “务农;农场经营” 2) worry, worried

worry v. 担心,担忧 worry about…

worried adj. 担心的 be worried about…

3)milk

milk n. 牛奶 drink milk milk v. 挤奶 milk a cow

4)不定代词:

something “某物,某事” 常用于肯定句中

anything “任何事物,任何东西” 常用于否定句和疑问句

nothing “什么事都没有” 表示否定

everything “所有事物”

注:1.在表示请求,建议或征求意见的疑问句中常用something。

2. 不定代词作主语,谓语动词用单数

3. 形容词放在不定代词之后 Eg. something interesting

hear “听到”,听见 强调听的结果

listen to “听” 强调听的动作

6)quiet, quite

quiet “安静的” 形容词

quite “相当,完全” 副词

7)–ing, -ed 形容词 3 interesting adi.“有趣的” 用来修饰事物 an interesting film

interested adj. “感兴趣的”用来修饰人be interested in..对…感兴趣

exciting adj “使人兴奋的”,修饰事物

excited adj “兴奋的,激动的”,修饰人

2. get: 做系动词,意为“变得”

3. quite + a / an + 形容词+可数名词单数 = a + very + 形容词 +可数名词单数 “一个相当 / 很…… ”

quite a big classroom=a very big classroom

quite a lot 相当多 + of + 可数或不可数名词,也可以单独使用

quite a little 相当多 + 不可数名词

quite a few相当多 +可数名词

4. teach sb how to do sth. 教某人怎样做某事

teach sb. to do sth. 教某人做某事 (注意:代词用宾格)

teach sb. sth. 教某人某事 (注意:代词用宾格)

5. not…at all “一点也不;根本不”

I didn’t like the trip at all. 我一点也不喜欢这次旅游。

6. show sb. around +地方 表示带领某人逛某地

The farmer showed Carol around the farm.农民带领Carol逛农场了

7. learn sth. 学习某物 如:learn English

learn about 学习关于某事, 如:learn about farming.

learn to do sth. 学习做某事,如:learn to swim

表示有生命的东西的名词及某些表示时间、距离、星球、世界、国家等无生命的东西的名词后加 ’s来表示所有关系,叫做名词所有格。

men’s room 男厕所 a mile’s distance 一英里的距离

但如果该名词是以-s或-es接尾的复数名词,则只在该名词后加“’”来构成所有格。
