摘要：近几年被称为“外企绿卡”的ＢＥＣ证书日益受到中国考生的热捧，他们不惜花费金钱、时间、精力而去选择备考　

ＢＥＣ　然而平均每年通过初中高考试的人数却不及总人数的二分之一。针对这一问题，笔者从中国考生听、说、读、写能力不均　

衡，商务经验匮乏现状出发，提出应采用任务型教学方式，同时引进实践教学。以期提高ＢＥＣ通过率。

一　引言　随着全球经济一体化进程的加快，越来越多的跨国企　

业进入中国市场。这些跨国企业以其鲜明的企业文化，舒适　

的　作环境以及优厚的工资待遇日益受到中国大学生的青　

睐，尤其是商务英语专业的学生。因此作为外企广泛认同的　

剑桥商务英语证书（ＢＥＣ）已经成为进入诸如西门子、普华永　

道、强生等世界５００强企业的敲门砖。很多外企的招聘考试　

试题也参考了ＢＥＣ考试的内容。但是通过对全国ＢＥＣ考试　

现状的调查，结果不容乐观。本文正是从这一现状出发，探　

析中国ＢＥＣ低通过率的原因，以期对商务英语教学有一定　

的启示作用，从而改善ＢＥＣ低通过率的考试现状。　

二、中国剑桥商务英语考试现状　

据英国剑桥大学ＥＳＯＬ考试委员会发布的２００６—２００９　

ＢＥＣ成绩报告显示：中国考生的通过率明显低于其他非英　

语国家考生通过率，不管是初中高级。例如２００６年５月全　

球ＢＥＣ平均通过率总通过率是４３％，而中国考生的通过率　

仅在３５％￣ＴＪ　４０％之间。考Ｂ的为３％＿４％，考Ａ的不到
