我国民营快递的行业现状和发展路径研究

——以顺丰速运为例

本文引述快递的概念,介绍了我国民营快递企业的一个特型——顺丰速运,它的产生和发展历程,及其在我国社会经济发展中的重要性。然后介绍竞争力的相关理论,将顺丰速运参与民营快递、外资快递巨头、EMS这三种类型快递企业比较分析出各自的优劣势和机会威胁,并作出概括总结,进行顺丰速运的SWOT分析,剖析顺丰速运的竞争力。根据前面所述提出顺丰速运应对激烈竞争以及随着政策法规的发展变化所应采取的策略,同时做出相关数据的充实丰富, 更加深入贴切的研究我国民营快递企业,在文章的最后提出了对顺丰速运企业的进一步展望,希望能够借此进一步推动中国民营快递业茁壮发展。

Abstract:

This article quotes the express concept, introduced Our country Privately operated Express Enterprise's one special ——S.F Express, its production and development process, and in our country socio-economic development importance. Then the introduction competitive power's correlation theories, will be suitable S.F Express participation privately operated express, the foreign capital express giant, the EMS these three type express enterprise comparative analysis respective superior inferiority and the opportunity threat, and makes the summary to summarize, carries on along S.F Express SWOT analysis, analyzes along S.F Express competitive power. States according to front proposed that along abundant express deals with the steep competition as well as the strategy which should adopt along with policies and regulations' development change, simultaneously makes the correlation data the enrichment to be rich, more thorough appropriate studies our country Privately operated Express Enterprise, proposed finally in the article to is suitable S.F Express enterprise's further predict that hoped that can borrow this to further promote the Chinese privately operated express industry healthy development.
