一、任教班级学情分析

0907班已经进入高二学年，学生学了一年专业基础课程，纪律性也较强，懂道理，思想较活跃，上课能配合老师，均能完成作业，90能完成小测。但是，学生对英语完全不感兴趣，英语基础也很弱。

二、教学目标

1、知识目标：识记《物流师职业资格培训教材》第一章物流专业词汇与释义。

2、能力目标：通过学习能够在明年的物流师考证中顺利完成与之相关的试题。

3、情感目标：培养学生合理的知识架构和较为完备的知识，成为有较强专业知识背景的物流人才，以适合我国物流发展的需要。

随着我国国际贸易和国际物流行业的快速发展，物流外语人才的培养也越来越受到社会的重视，尤其是沿海地区的高职院校。目前，在我国懂国际惯例和物流行业知识、外语水平和沟通能力较强的物流管理人才严重短缺。为培养高素质、强技能的物流外语人才，高职院校的物流管理专业在人才培养过程中，必须按照国际物流行业的人才需求情况设置专业课程体系.通过双语教学提升学生的外语沟通能力和职业化素养.从而培养物流业所需要的具有国际竞争力的双语人才。

1物流管理专业双语教学的培养目标

物流管理专业通过双语教学，可提升学生物流英语听说读写能力和跨文化交流能力，能够适应日益频繁的国际物流活动，具备国际化的视野和一定的管理协调能力，为未来的就业增强竞争力。

2物流管理专业双语教学的原则

1.明确双语课程的教学目标，保证专业教学质量

开展双语教学的课程，要把专业知识传授放在首位，其次兼顾学生专业英语能力的提高，决不能因双语教学的实施而降低专业知识考核的标准。双语教学不是外语教学，我们开展双语课程的目的不仅仅是让学生提高英语水平，更重要的是在提高英语运用能力的同时，使学生具备在物流行业中对行业英语的理解能力。教师不应该因为双语教学模式和语言要求难度的增加而降低学科知识的目标要求，而是通过使用英语原版物流教材的“双语”教学，进行该学科核心理论知识的讲授，使学生在学习过程中能够从英语的角度去了解和认识物流管理学科，以开阔学生的视野，加深对该学科的理解，达到掌握该学科专业知识的教学目标。

2.量力而行、循序渐进

高职院校一般办学时间较短，尤其是民办院校，水平较高的物流双语师资还比较匮乏，所以开展双语教学要量力而行循序渐进。对物流双语人才培养模式、课程建设、教材建设、实践教学、教学方法和手段、教学组织与管理等方面要不断的探索和改革，并在实践教学中予以检验和发展。
