柴油中相微乳液的制备和相图分析

中相微乳液驱油效果研究周冰灵;孔辉;张婧;申彤;王克亮【摘要】Middle phase microemulsion flooding is an effective approach to improve reservoir recovery. Using orthogonal experiment, we obtain the preparation of middle phase microemulsion formula of oil displacement system. Scanning respectively SDS concentration, concentration of n-butyl alcohol and Na2CO3, we get the volume of the phase diagram and dissolve parameters figure. It can be seen: Vo=Vw, SPo=SPw, and achieved the best phase system. The middle phase microemulsion in the best and surfactant flooding experiment after water flooding to improve oil recovery were corstrast, the best middle phase microemulsion has obtained much better effects. The best middle phase microemulsion make the final residual oil saturation to 16.7%, the moisture content down to very low levels.%中相微乳液驱油是提高油藏采收率的有效方法。
“水-柴油微乳体系拟三元相图绘制与燃烧性能测定”实验教学设计何广平,孙 峰,林利添,曾荣华(华南师范大学化学与环境学院,广东广州 510006)摘 要:实验中将三元相图的绘制方法与量热技术相结合,选择备受关注的能源与环境问题,结合水-柴油体系的微乳化原理与拟三元相图的绘制,配制不同性质的乳化柴油,并通过氧弹量热装置测定柴油、乳化柴油以及添加助燃催化剂二茂铁后燃油的燃烧效率与速率,以了解乳化柴油性质、形成原理与柴油乳化的助燃消烟作用,使学生通过实验,加深了解物理化学原理在不同领域的综合应用,关注社会、关注环境。
教学实践结果表明,本实验设计科学合理,可作为物理化学实验课程中综合创新实验开设。

主要从混合液体的粘度性能入手对乳化过程的影响因素进行了分析。
得出了在水和甲醇相互影响下微胶囊形成的特殊规律,并探讨了破乳的两种原因,在综合分析的基础上得出了最佳配方的大致范围:0#柴油22g左右、生物柴油10g左右、乳化剂5.5g-6.5g、水4.5g-5.5g、甲醇3g-4g。

Mainly from the mixed liquid viscosity performance to analyse the impact factors. The special rule of microemulsifying formative at the water with methanol was found and the two reasons of demulsification were discussed. The best directions were educed at the base of integrate analysis.Key words:Microemuisified Diesel Oil; microemulsified biodiesel; surfactant;rule of emulsfication到2007年全球石油探明的储量为1686亿吨,其储采比(又称回采率或回采比,指年末剩余储量除以当年产量得出剩余储备按当年水平尚可开采的年数)的变化由2003年的41.0年减少到2004年的40.5年、2005年的40.6年、2006年的40.5,但到了2007年增加到41.6年。
