Step 1 Warm-up & Revision
1.复习形容词性物主代词和名词性物主代词。
2.Let’s chant:
What are you doing? What are you doing?
I am reading. I am reading.
What’s she doing? What’s she doing?
She is reading. She is reading.
并归纳小结am/is/are口诀。
3.复习动词的现在分词形式及变化规则。

B. Read and write
1.T: It’s a sunny day. Let’s go to the zoo!随后呈现一些动物图片,询问:What can you see in the zoo? What are they doing?引出该部分内容。
2.教师用课件呈现语句What are you doing here, Robin?并模仿Robin回答I’m looking at animals. I am very happy. I am e looking at ...
I am dancing like ...强调现在进行时结构:be+动词-ing。接着呈现课本插图及内容,依次教学语句。
3.听录音,学生反复跟读并模仿。稍后完成课本练习。
4.教师询问Why doesn’t Robin want to swim like a fish?让学生展开想象,自由讨论。

师生共同小结本单元所需的主要内容。
Step 4 Homework
1.听录音,朗读并试着背诵Read and write部分的课文。
2.运用动词-ing形式写一写现在进行时的句子。
