在工作前，我本以为社区工作是非常轻松与简易的，只需要与本社区的居民们搞好关系，闲来无事时，送些小礼品关心一下他们就可以了。

直到我真正开始开展工作，才意识到之前的想法有多么地可笑与幼稚。

社区工作远远不是只有鸡毛蒜皮与婆婆妈妈，尽管我们做的是基层工作，但是任何一份工作都有其特殊的价值与不易。

我记得刚踏上工作岗位接手第六次全国人口普查工作，刚开始工作总有新鲜感，但是没过几天，重复性的做着统计人口信息，以及信息难以核实、居民搬迁等等的问题，使我产生了倦怠心理。

这本来是有利于社区乃至整个城市规划的大事，却因为我经验尚浅，无法明白地向居民们澄清利害，以至于有几户居民的工作很难做通。

这些繁杂而又困难的工作，一下子就打消了我的热情，使得我工作积极性如一团火苗顿时被泼了一盆子凉水。

我甚至对自己产生了怀疑：我到底能不能做好社区工作，这样一份职业又是否真的适合我？俗话说：事成于和睦，力生于团结。

我们迎滨社区就像一个大家庭，居委会的工作人员彼此之间团结一致，遇到困难时也会互相帮助。

所以，当我的工作遭遇瓶颈后不久，居委会的前辈们就积极主动地来关心并开导我。
