一. UVAS sc有机物(COD,BOD)在线监测仪
a.
仪器描述
UVAS PLUS sc水中溶解有机物在线分析仪是为测量水中（饮用水/地表水/污水处理）溶解有机物而设计的在线分析仪。它可以直接浸入水中，测量对254nm紫外光有吸收的水中溶解有机物，并以“特别吸光系数”，即SAC254，来表达测量结果，同时SAC254可以在一定程度上换算成CODUV、BODUV、DOCUV、TOCUV。
测量探头特有的双光束结构，可以有效的消除样品中浊度、电源的波动、元器件老化等因素对测量结果的干扰，从而提高测量精度。测量结果可以以图形或数字的形式显示。该仪器具有自动清洗、无需化学试剂等特点，是水处理工艺参数控制的最佳选择。
b. 工作原理
含有共轭双键或多环芳烃的有机物溶解在水中时，对紫外光有吸收作用。因此，通过测量这些有机物对254nm紫外光的吸收程度，我们就可以评估水体被这些有机物污染的程度，“特别吸光系数”，即SAC254，就是用来衡量水中有机污染物总量的物理量。
UVAS PLUS sc水中溶解有机物在线分析仪由控制器和测量探头组成。
测量探头工作时，需要浸没在水中，或将水抽提上来，流过狭缝。探头中光源发出的光线穿过狭缝时，其中部分光线被狭缝中流动的样品所吸收，其它的光线则透过样品，到达探头另一侧的斩光器，被一分为二，50%的光线由样品检测器检测，另50%的光线由参比检测器检测。仪器通过比较两个检测器的信号，就可以给出“特别吸光系数”，即SAC254。

典型应用
氨氮在线监测仪用于饮用水、地表水的氨氮浓度在线监测。
仪器特点
●双光束、双滤光片光度计测量水中NH4+离子浓度。通过参比光束的测量,氨氮在线监测仪消除了样品中浊度、电源的波动等因素对测量结果的干扰。
●测量值可以用图形或数字方式显示。
●氨氮在线监测仪具有自动校准和自动清洗等功能。
●内置冰箱,保证试剂的储存温度
●使用FLTRAX采样预处理系统进行样品预处理。
●数据存储功能，图形显示功能
检测原理
靛酚蓝法。在催化剂的作用下，NH4+在pH为12.6的碱性介质中，与次氯酸根离子和水杨酸盐离子反应,生成靛酚化合物，并呈现出绿色。在仪器测量范围内，其颜色改变程度和样品中的NH4+浓度成正比，因此，通过测量颜色变化的程度,就可以计算出样品中NH4+的浓度。
