一般现在时的频度副词包括always，usually，often，sometimes，seldom，never等。例如：XXX总是准时到达。我通常坐公交车去上班。XXX有时在餐厅吃早餐。XXX住在我们附近。我们经常见到他。XXX是个诚实的女孩。她从不对别人撒谎。

动词第三人称单数形式的构成规则是，当主语是第三人称单数时，谓语动词需加-s或-es。例如：在词尾加-s的play，leave，read，work；以字母s，x，ch，sh，o结尾的词加-es，如teach，wash，fix，do，pass；以辅音字母加y结尾的词，先变y为i，再加-es，如study，cry；动词原形第三人称单数形式是carries，carries，fly，flies。
