四.结论由于时间和人力的限制,这次观摩获取的数据还不够详尽和全面,但从中我们可以分析和研究高中英语教学改革所取得的成绩和存在的问题。
首先,教师的素质有明显的提高,多数参赛教师自身的语言素质较好,能够自如地驾驭课堂教学;其次,教师的教学观念有很大的变化,如课堂教学由灌输知识向培养能力转变,由以教师为中心向以学生为中心转变,教学活动由单一型向多样化转变,课堂互动方式也由单一化向多元化转变;第三,教学过程中教师更注重情感因素对教学的影响;第四,教师的教学技能运用娴熟,并采用了多种教学手段。
这些都体现了中学外语教学的可喜变化。
此次竞赛也反映出教学中存在的不足和问题。
如:如何改善课堂提问的质量和数量?课堂活动如何由机械性训练过渡到交际性训练?如何在有限的课堂时间里使学生得到最大限度的练习?如何正确对待和纠正学生的错误?采用什么方式表扬和鼓励学生以促进教学效果?如何将素质教育贯穿于课堂教学之中?如何在课堂教学中培养学生的学习策略?如何在课堂教学中有效地使用多媒体教学?这些都是我们在今后的教学理论研究与实践过程中需要进一步探讨的问题。
[1]设备运行的可靠性,实现供电系统的科学管理。
此外,目前高速公路沿线电缆被盗情况严重,如果建立电力监控系统,可对全线外场设备供电情况进行监控。
当电缆被偷窃者切断,外场设备供电中断后,监控中心管理人员立即可由电力监控系统收到供电异常报警信息,根据具体外场设备的里程桩号通知路政队上路巡查,在一定程度上可加大当场抓获盗窃电缆人员的可能性。
因此电力监控系统在高速公路监控系统中是不可或缺的一部分,完整的监控系统应包含一个全方位、高效的电力监控系统。
1.2系统设计原则整个系统的设计应考虑可靠性与实时性。
只有不断地提高系统的可靠性,才能真正实现高度可信的监控系统功能;也只有实时如实反映设备的状态参数,才能让决策者在异常情况出现后及时采取合理的措施处理事件,降低损失。
1.3系统结构整个电力监控系统分为监控中心和现场部分:监控大厅综合控制台上设置电力监控计算机,用于实现中心对各个收费站配电房的电力集中监控。
