塑料材料特性什么是塑料？塑料是在一定条件下，一类具有可塑性的高分子材料的通称，一般按照它的热熔性把它们分成：热固性塑料和热塑性塑料。

它是世界三大有机高分子材料之一（三大高分子材料是塑料，橡胶，纤维）。

塑料的英文名是plastic，俗称：塑胶。

塑料的种类繁多，工艺繁多，本材料只介绍一点注塑用的塑料材料。

为什么有人称塑料为树脂？人类最早认识的高分子材料都是树皮割破后流出的液体的提取物，呈粘稠状，也就是说它是树中提取的脂。

因此，目前仍然有很多人把这种高分子材料叫树脂。

但随着现代化工工业的发展，现在所用的高分子材料都是石油化工产品或石油化工的副产品或石油合成产品。

现代的塑料已经不是树中提取物了，而是石化产品。

塑料的本色和牌号一般的塑料合成以后，从合成塔出来，都是面粉状的粉末，不能用来直接生产产品，这就是人们常说的从树汁中提取出脂的成份是一样的，也称为树脂，也叫粉料，这是一种纯净的塑料，它流动性差，热稳定性低，易老化分解，不耐环境老化；因此，人们为了改善以上缺陷，在树脂粉中加入热稳定剂，抗老化剂，抗紫外光剂，加入增塑剂增加它的流动性，生产出适应各种加工工艺的，有特殊性能的，不同牌号的塑料品种。

所以，同一种塑料品种有很多牌号，如：ABS就有注塑级的，有挤出级的，有电镀级的，有高刚性的，有很大柔韧性的，等，这才是目前人们普遍所使用的塑料，它们都经过造粒，都是颗粒料。

目一种牌号的塑料，适应目一种工艺，或注塑，或挤出，或压延，或吸塑等塑料的分子结构一般塑料的分子结构，都是线性的高分子链或带支链的高分子链段，有结晶和非结晶两种，塑料材料的性能与其结晶性能有很大的关系，与其分子结构有很大的关系，也与其组成的元素有很大的关系，一般来说，塑料的结晶率越大，其透光性就越差；带脂基的，带氨基的，带醇基的，比较易吸水，比较容易因水的作用分解，加工时，也比较难烘干；带烯烃基的，塑料的柔性就好，带苯环的，塑料比较刚硬。

由于塑料的分子结构千差万别，形成了不同品种的，性能差异很大，不同牌号的上万种产品。

塑料原料名称中英文对照表废旧塑料共混再生造粒的配方技术介绍利用废塑料与废料混合制成另一种特性的塑料，这就要用到一种助剂，间于两种以上的塑料结构相近的品种借助于这种助剂，使它们能够相互熔合，这就必须用这种助剂――相容剂。

因为混合塑料的不同，所以所选用的相容剂也是不一样的：如：ＣＰＥ（相容剂名称）可用于聚丙烯和聚氯乙烯共混；聚丙烯和聚氯乙烯的共混。

ＳＥＢＳ（名称）可用于聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚苯烯、聚碳的共混。

ＥＥＰ被称为“万能”相容剂，也就是说它可以提高各种塑料之间的相容效果。

用法与用量：用捍合锅将配好的料搅拌到大约１００℃，将料加入锅内运转约１０分钟即可取出造粒。

配方１：每１００公斤为一份聚氯乙烯和聚乙烯９６公斤氯化镁１公斤相容剂（ＣＰＥ）２公斤增塑剂等约１公斤配方２：每１００公斤为一份废聚丙烯５７公斤废高压聚乙烯３０公斤废低压聚乙烯１０公斤相容剂（ＥＥＰ）３公斤以上两种方法制成的颗粒可用于瓶类制品的原料塑胶的原料是什么？1. 塑胶原料的主要成份是树脂2塑胶原料：是由高分子合成树脂（聚合物）为主要成份渗入各种辅助料或添加剂，在特定温度，压力下具有可塑性和流动性，可被模塑成一定形状，且在一定条件下保持形状不变的材料。

3. 聚合物：指聚合过程所产生的纯材料或称聚合材料。

无论天然树脂还是合成树脂均属高分子合聚物，简称高聚物。

4.塑胶对电，热，声具有良好绝缘性：电绝缘性，耐电弧性，保温，隔声，吸音，吸振，消声性能卓越。

塑胶原材料大部是从一些油类中提炼出来的，最熟悉的部分PC料是从石油中提炼出来的，PC料在烧的时候有一股汽油味；ABS是从煤碳中提炼出来的，ABS在烧完灭掉的时候会呈烟灰状；POM是从天然气提炼出来的，POM在烧完的时候会有一股非常臭的瓦斯味。

一般塑胶原料的特点a. 塑胶原料受热膨胀，线胀系数比金属大很多；b.一般塑胶原料的刚度比金属低一数量级；c. 塑胶原料的力学性能在长时间受热下会明显下降；d.一般塑胶原料在常温下和低于其屈服强度的应力下长期受力，会出现永久形变；e. 塑胶原料对缺口损坏很敏感；f. 塑胶原料的力学性能通常比金属低的多，但有的复合材料的比强度和比模量高于金属，如果制品设计合理，会更能发挥起优越性；g.一般增强塑胶原材料力学性能是各项异性的；h.有些塑胶原料会吸湿，并引起尺寸和性能变化；i.有些塑料是可燃的；j. 塑胶原料的疲劳数据目前还很少，需根据使用要求加以考虑。

Se suelda con adhesivo TIGRE una cupla en una de las extremidades de la tubería, con una de las extremidades del tubo intercalado.Para completar el reparo de la otra extremidad, se corta una cupla en el mismo sentido longitudinal y por medio del adhe-sivo se fija la misma sobre la enmienda existente, comple-tándose de esta manera el arreglo.Para la ejecución del pegado de las dos cuplas, sólo hay que seguir las especificaciones apuntadas para el reparo de la red anterior.Enmiendas de tubos cortados Cuando se hace necesario el acoplamiento o el aprovecha-miento de pedazos de tubos cortados, la unión de los mismos deberá ser hecha con la ayuda de la cupla, que es insertada sobre la corrugación helicoidal de los tubos.
