许多学生在写作过程中感到吃力,一味进行生搬硬造,根本写不出质量高、有水平的优秀作文,教师批改学生作业不难发现,初中学生应付写作的现象时有发生,都与他们写作词汇量的严重匮乏有直接关系。

最主要的原因就是学生的基础不扎实,学生跟不上教师的教学步伐,教师在教学时出现赶进度的情况。
教师按部就班教学生学习单词、课文和语法,最后让学生仿写作文,大大削弱了学生们的参与度,在教学时也没有考虑到部分困难生跟不上的问题,教学没有针对化。

教育者为了提高学生的写作水平,采用了合作阶梯式的训练策略,按照由简到难、由浅到及深的规律进行写作指导,提高学生的英语写作能力。

英语学科具有口语性、应用性和人文性的特点,学生通过学习英语,能够扩大知识面,提高提高素养,实现各国之间的文化交流。
目前,在英语写作教学中还存在着一些弊端,教育者要想提高写作教学的质量,就要打破“一刀切”的教学模式,遵循学生的身心发展规律,关注学生的个体差异,使用合作阶梯式训练法,提升学生的英语水平。
一、合作阶梯式训练在初中英语写作教学中的作用在传统的教学理念下,学生的学习成绩是第一位的,教育者过于关注学生的写作结果,忽视了学生在写作过程中的情感体验。
在英语写作训练中,教育者对所有的学生统一管理,忽视了学生的个体差异性,制定的教学目标不是太高就是太低,使学生丧失了英语写作的兴趣。
在新课标的改革下,教育者们又研究出了一个新的写作训练方法——合作阶梯式训练,将不同写作水平的学生分为不同的层次,各层次之间的学生小组讨论、合作学习,教育者对不同层次的学生进行阶段式教学,使每个层次的学生都能够获得不同程度的进步。
合理的分层教学,能够保证写作教学的效果,激发学生的课堂参与度,发挥出阶梯式教学的作用。
学生在相互纠错和自主学习的过程中能够完善自身的认知结构。
教育者使用合作阶段式训练法对学生进行阶段式训练,能够使学生的写作能力在潜移默化中得到提高。
二、合作阶梯式训练法在初中英语写作中的运用1.由“词汇积累”到“句式”的训练阶段。

英语学习必须以可理解的大量英语语言信息输入(input)——听和读为前提,但要真正掌握英语,形成综合运用英语的能力,还必须通过大量的语言输出(output)——说和写来检验和促进英语语言知识的掌握和运用能力的形成。
英语写作是英语教学中的一个重要组成部分,它贯穿英语教学的全过程,始终伴随着教材中对话、课文及词汇、语法等语言材料和语言知识的教学而展开,并围绕着学生听、说、读、写能力的培养而运行其中。
随着课程改革的不断深入,中学外语教学界开始重视培养学生的写作能力。
一、目前初中英语作文教学现状分析
(一)现行初中英语作文教学中存在的问题
1.教材重心偏向。
现行教材编写偏重于听、说、读,写的能力训练与培训内容安排较少。
2.作文教学观滞后。
在英语教学中相当多的英语教师为了赶进度,往往忽视写作能力的培养与有效的训练。
3.缺乏系统可操作性强的作文教学体系。
4.评价策略欠科学。
5.学生缺乏对目的语语篇模式的了解。
6.学生自身英语词汇量、阅读量的限制,造成英语思维不活跃,思路狭窄,产生望而生畏、退避三舍的心态。
(二)反思历年中考命题与评卷
中考书面表达部分的考查目标在于测试考生的写作能力、语法知识、词汇知识、造句能力以及用英语进行思维的能力。
纵观浙江省各地中考书面表达题,从命题的方式看,有看图提示、短文提示、提纲要点提示以及图表提示等;从体裁看,以记叙文为主,应用文为辅;从题材看,都非常贴近学生的日常生活,突出考查考生用简短、通顺、得体的一小段文字与外界交流,解决实际问题的能力。
2004年、2005年、2006年年衢州市中考试卷中写作部分的试题分析,都提到以下几个问题:其一,语法和单词拼写错误较多;其二,句子结构使用有误;其三,意思不连贯、不符合逻辑;其四,书写不规范,字迹潦草。
但是对于文章内容以及其中所体现出来的学生情感、态度、价值观方面的分析和关注较少。
因此,抓住作文教学的真实规律,以思维训练为核心,构建英语课堂作文模式,疏通课内(阶梯训练)、课外(轮流作文)两条渠道,关注作文训练的阶段性和循序性。
进行合作阶梯式英语作文训练,对英语作文写作能力的提高有着积极的作用。
二、合作阶梯式英语作文训练策略
1.“一个核心”:依托话题,发展英语思维,提高英语作文水平。
这是因为思维和语言是密不可分的,语言既是思维的外壳和工具,又对思维的发展起着促进作用。
2.“两条渠道”:课内进行阶梯式作文训练,课外进行合作轮流作文训练。
(1)课堂作文——阶梯式作文训练。
从词、词组、句子、句链到形成短文的系列化递进训练。
(2)课外作文——轮流作文。
采用“同质组合”或“异质分类组合”组建英语轮流作文小组,由小组成员自定组名,设计组徽、口号。
写作方法如下:一周内各小组成员完成一篇英语作文,周一第一位同学写作,周二的同学给周一同学批改、评价,然后交给老师批改。
以此类推,最后推出本周佳作、本月佳作、学期习作精品。
建议:学生用黑笔写作文,用蓝笔批改,教师批改用红笔。
3.“三个阶段”:基础训练阶段,单项(专题)训练阶段,综合训练阶段。
基础训练阶段:加强常用词汇的运用;注重基本句型(五种简单句型和惯用句型),突出句型的转换;加强日常交际用语练习,以交际促作文训练;加强听说训练,锻炼接受语言信息、加工语言信息、输出语言信息的能力。
单项训练阶段:指导通知、留言条、请假条、书信、日记等应用文的写作技巧,强调格式要求,把握此类文章基调和通常写法;加强对情景作文的指导,记叙文的写作要求,仿写、扩写、缩写、续写要求等的指导。
综合训练阶段:按照中考书面表达要求,进行控制或半控制性作文训练,即对作文的内容、体裁、文章长短都作一定的限制。
以话题为主线,训练学生抓住所给的信息和大意,
用自己熟识的语言表达,要求学生学会归纳要点,紧扣题目写作。
实行互动式习作评改,以评改推动写作训练。
4.“四种模式”:变“师授作文”为“自能作文”,构建“自能作文”的课堂教学模式。
(1)构建基础训练阶段看图说话、写话的课堂教学模式:“六步训练”:词—句—句链训练,口头、笔头训练并举;
(2)以看图说话为主,口、笔头进行语境句训练;
(3)以看图写话为主,进行不同情境的语境小段训练
(4)以不同情境、不同文体进行专项作文训练;
(5)以设置情境进行表达练习,进行缩写、扩写、改写、续写等类型的转述性作文训练;
(6)以命题、半命题或自拟题方式进行创作性作文训练。
通过看图说话、写话训练,学生能在12分钟内说出一段内容具体、连贯的话并成文,初步形成作文修改的能力;通过专题片段训练,学生能在15分钟内写出50~70词、内容具体的情景片段,能写简短的英语书信、日记,能根据文章情境进行改写、扩写、缩写和续写,能修改作文;通过命题作文训练,学生能在18分钟内写出60~90词、有中心、有条理、有真情实感的文章,并能表述自己的观点,具有修改作文的能力。
三、合作阶梯式作文训练的实践价值
1.改变传统的“学生写、教师批”为特征的作文训练模式
通过轮流作文训练,构建开放性写作与批改的互动模式,形成师与生、生与生之间的多向互动的关系。
《英语课程标准(实验稿)》就评价建议中指出:通过评价使学生在英语课程的学习过程中不断体验进步与成功,认识自我,建立自信,促进学生综合语言运用能力的全面发展,使教师获取英语教学的反馈信息,对自己的教学行为进行反思和适当的调整。
以评激趣,以评促学,以评促思,以评促发展。
英语轮流作文训练通过书面文字进行思想感情交流,从认知领域与情感领域进行综合设定,是促进学生发展的作文训练与评价体系。
2.由“师授作文”转向“自能作文”
通过阶梯式作文训练,使作文教学形式由封闭转向开放;作文教学观由单一转向多样化、趣味性,由重形式轻内容转向构思从内容入手,也指导实践;由汉式英语表达转向地道英语表达。
建构主义学习理论认为:知识是认知主体在与客观环境的相互作用中获得的,而不是靠教师的传授得到的。
认知主体的认识发展是通过意义建构的途径而形成的,认知主体的认识发展是呈螺旋式前进的。
基于建构主义学习理论中的学习行为:一方面要求发挥学生的主体作用;另一方面发挥教师的主导作用。
合作阶梯式作文训练能有效地促进学生认知结构的形成与发展,为建构主义学习提供了一个有效的途径。
3.促成能力迁移,“教是为了不教”苏霍姆林斯基指出,教学应使学生从中产生发现的惊奇、自豪,满足求知欲的愉
快和创造的欢乐等各种情感体验,从而使学生带着高涨的、激动的情绪进行学习和思考,使教学成为一个充满活力和激情的活动。
因而在作文教学中,教师应鼓励学生勇于探索,勇于发现,勇于实践,勇于创新求变,采用合作化的方法、阶梯式的形式,让每个学生在原有基础上获得最大发展。
合作阶梯式英语作文训练的目的就是充分发挥对学生认识活动的主导作用,积极创设机会和条件,调动学生的学习自主性、能动性和创造性,培养他们自我发展的能力,从而达到“教是为了不教”的目的。
