以智、体、美为例，可以选择的话题如下：智：某次考试拿了第一，夺得荣誉（假如你是尖子生）；某次考试进步飞跃，获得表扬（假如你是一般生）；某场大型竞赛取得成果（演讲，作文，数理化竞赛等）；体：某次校级（甚至市级、省级）运动会夺得名次；某场篮球/足球/乒乓球/羽毛球/网球/游泳等竞赛（可以是非正式的，小集体内部的）取得名次；某节体育课测验（长短跑、球类、体操类）进步明显；美：某次校级（市级、省级）才艺大赛夺得名次（个人成功）；某次组织班集体参与的竞赛获得名次（集体成功）；以上都是针对同学时代的话题，当然也可以稍作修改，变成工作中的成功案例。

智方面就是工作表现，一次获得晋升的经受，或是自己的成功创业故事，体和美可以是公司组织的体育或才艺竞赛活动。

2.雅思口语话题：法律尽管有很多的雅思备考材料也渐渐的融入了一些关于法律的探讨，但同学们在应答法律话题时的的两项障碍照旧没有除掉：1、同学在这方面的知识积累特别有限，从而导致很多时候，考生们的答案要么是偏离主题，要么是千篇一律，缺乏originality;2、同学在这方面的词汇特别的少，可以说大多数同学几乎没有什么这方面的语言基础，所以，在表达时无法用英文表达。

即使说个别反应敏捷的考生能够快速的进行paraphrasing 从而来避开生词的困扰，但是在表达时却有可能因表达不当从而引起不须要的困扰。
