用途主要用于制备各种金属盐作为涂料和油漆的催干剂,其酯类可用作增塑剂和羧苄青霉素的原料用途2-乙基已酸大部分转化为金属锆、钴、钼、锌等的盐,用于油漆催干剂和聚氯乙烯塑料的热稳定剂;锡盐作为塑料管材的添加剂;钡盐、镉盐用于塑料压延产品和稳定剂,2-乙基已酸及其酯类也用于医药、杀菌剂、金属润滑剂、化妆品等方面,其甘油酯是优良的增塑剂。
2-乙基已酸是医药羧苄青霉素的原料。
还用于许多染料、香料的合成。
用途油漆和涂料催干剂的中间体,用作醇酸树脂改性剂,用于生产过氧化物以作为聚合反应(例如PE)的催化剂,用于润滑油酯和PVC稳定剂。
生产方法国外一些公司用丁醛为原料,经缩合脱水得到2-乙基已烯醛。
1.2-乙基己醇氧化法由2-乙基己醇在氢氧化钠水溶液中经高锰酸钾氧化生成异辛酸钠,再经硫酸中和制得。
原料消耗定额:2-乙基已醇1204kg/t、高锰酸钾3611kg/t、液碱约1500kg/t、硫酸约960kg/t。

若是固体,用洁净的铲子收集于干燥、洁净、有盖的容器中。
第七部分操作处置与储存操作注意事项:密闭操作,全面通风。
防止烟雾或粉尘泄漏到工作场所空气中。
操作人员必须经过专门培训,严格遵守操作规程。
建议操作人员佩戴自吸过滤式防毒面具(半面罩),戴化学安全防护眼镜,穿透气型防毒服,戴防化学品手套。

危险品货代详解8类危险品异辛酸海运出口8类危险品-异辛酸异辛酸为无色微有臭味的液体。
易燃,微溶于冷水,溶于热水和乙醚,微溶于乙醇。
异辛酸的应用:可用作油漆和涂料催干剂的中间体,醇酸树脂改性剂,生产过氧化物以作为聚合反应(例如PE)的催化剂,以及用于润滑油酯和PVC 稳定剂等。
大部分转化为金属锆、钴、钼、锌等的盐,用于油漆催干剂和聚氯乙烯塑料的热稳定剂;可作为塑料管材的添加剂;用于塑料压延产品和稳定剂,也用于医药、杀菌剂、金属润滑剂、化妆品等方面,是优良的增塑剂。
还用于许多染料、香料的合成。
异辛酸的危险性:遇明火、高热可燃。
与氧化剂可发生反应。
其蒸气比空气重,能在较低处扩散到相当远的地方,遇火源会着火回燃。
具有腐蚀性。
若遇高热,容器内压增大,有开裂和爆炸的危险。
有害燃烧产物:一氧化碳、二氧化碳。
异辛酸受热会分解放出具刺激性的酸雾。
根据异辛酸的危险性,在出口海运上,异辛酸被归为8类危险品,UN为3265,CAS:25103-52-0包装类别为III类,包装多采用桶装。
运输储存注意事项:储存于阴凉、通风的库房。
远离火种、热源。
防止阳光直射。
保持容器密封。
应与氧化剂分开存放,切忌混储。
配备相应品种和数量的消防器材。
储区应备有泄漏应急处理设备和合适的收容材料。
还有一点需要注意的是,异辛酸运输存储需要与氧化剂分开存储。
那么异辛酸海运订舱需要提供什么资料呢?首先就是危险品都需要的“危包证”、“MSDS”用来提交给船司进行审批,危包证一般可以做出正规危险品包装的厂家都可以直接申请办理出具的。
MSDS、危包证再加上托书就可以向船公司来订舱了。
8类危险品一般船公司都可以接,审批也会比较简单。
放预配后就可以准备装箱、报关等事宜了。
异辛酸作为8类低危产品,洋山可直接进港,不用直装,外港也不用进危库,相对来说可以省去很多麻烦和费用。
