单路流量输入专用FC2000-IAE(G)使用说明一、接线:1、4~20mA瞬时流量:使用23(24V)、24(TH)、25(TH-)端子作为第1路流量输入,需要FC2000-IAE(G)为变送器供电接23、24端子,不需要FC2000-IAE(G)为变送器供电接24、25端子。
2、其他接线,请参照《FC2000-IAEGK使用说明书》二、显示三、软件参数设置1、【累积流量(整数)】:用户级参数第9项,累积量显示与清零、设置新值。
2、【温度类型】:用户级参数第13项,决定了4~20mA流量的信号来源,有{采集值}和{固定值}2个有效设置项。
3、【温度上量程】、【温度下量程】:用户级参数第19、20项,4~20mA流量信号的量程。
4、【COM2通讯地址】:用户级参数第27项,用于设置模块的地址号。
5、【#1雷诺数据】:分段流出系数的第2项,第1路4~20mA流量信号的小信号切除值。

2000型流量计算机一、引言Instromet 2000型数字流量计算机是一种高性能仪表。
这种流量计算机可以使气体检测达到采用涡轮流量计、超声波流量计、腰轮流量计或孔板中的任何一种流量计所能达到的最高精度。
2000型流量计算机采用了先进的技术,允许用户对其进行组态,以达到操作要求。
二、要求更高精度的现代大规模气体计量在天然气的应用过程中,能源的保护和能源利用效率的改善都要求更加精确的天然气计量。
在一些国家已经引入第三方公开介入输送管线,甚至配气系统的天然气运营模式,并且正在获得相关规章制定部门的进一步支持。
在这种体系结构中,管线的所有者只能收取天然气的输送费,而没有机会在天然气的销售中获利。

三、数字化通过采用数字化技术,使2000型流量计算机在技术精度和可靠性方面发生了质的飞跃。
今天的流量计算机已经从过去所采用的电子模拟运算模式发展到了利用模拟输入信号进行数字化运算的运算模式。
2000型流量计算机有两种选择,即利用模拟输入信号的常规数字化运算模式以及可以达到系统精度极限的完全数字化系统。
Instromet 2000型流量计算机获得了这种技术全部的优势。
可以选择从变送器到输出完全数字化的运算模式。
甚至它的模拟输出也是经过数字化运算产生的。
四、精度1.完全数字化的系统从SMART(智能)压力和温度变送器到经过烧机的32位微处理器的全数字化信号处理,保证整个信号处理过程中,一直保持变送器的固有精度。
附件1报警,警告和故障码如果有报警发生的情况下,当选中报警页后,会显示报警、警告和故障码。
在报警发生和被复位的时间和日期的下边,会以清单的方式列出报警的功能码。
在下列项中的N将表示所测的管路编号,1,2或者是3。

FC2000型号流量计算机调试指南一、首先使用FC2000调试数据线连接电脑和FC2000。
打开安装好的FC2000调试软件,出现如下截图。
输入用户名:user,密码:password。
点击OK按钮。
二、进入程序后点击左上角新建图标(红框圈出),弹出如下一个新窗口。
在新弹出的窗口中起个名字,下拉菜单选择1 Stream Ultrasonic,然后点击OK。
注意:通常情况下该软件会自动识别Comms Port,如未能识别请到设备管理器中查询。
如仍未能找到USB-Serial Port相关内容,请再次确认数据线是否连接好,然后重装安装盘内的驱动。
三、选中刚才新建的连接,然后点击左上角打开按钮(红框圈出)。
然后弹出选择文件的对话框,选中对应的配置文件,点击右下角“打开”按钮。
四、打开后弹出如下对话框,点击OK。
五、根据现场情况配置这台流量计算机。
双击左上角Hardware图标,选中Slot 2 – Input 2 Board,出现温变、压变设置页。
重要:如果温变和压变走两个Hart Loop,相关接线见文末附图1,则该配置不用改动。
如果温变和压变走同一个Hart Loop,即在上诉情况下将温变+和压变+并成一根,温变-和压变-并成一根,则该配置需要做如下改动。
首先设置压变,在图示的框中填1,同时需用手抄器将对应压变的地址改为1.然后设置温变,HART Loop1保持不变,更改Transmitter2,将左侧内容拉入First 的框中,在Address框中填2,同样需用手抄器将对应温变地址改为2。
注意:最后将HART Loop2中的内容清除。
六、左侧主菜单中选择Stream 1-- Ultrasonic,然后在右侧红框中输入与这台流量计算机对应的流量计的最大流量值。
该值在流量计的铭牌上读取。
七、配置文件基本已经配置完毕,下面需要将该配置上载到对应的流量计算机中。
点击左侧Update图标出现进度条,等待进度条读完就完成了上载。

FC2000-IAH历史数据采集系统软件使用说明本软件需安装在可运行Windows XP或Win7操作系统且具有RS232串口的计算机上,采用Modbus RTU串行通讯方式进行计算机与FC2000-IAH之间通讯,实现对FC2000-IAH中存储的历史数据进行读取、导入Acccess数据库、转换成Excel文件等操作(计算机上须装有Office软件),以便保存、统计、查询。
一.系统安装1. 将从本公司网站下载或随机携带的FC2000-IAH历史数据采集系统软件包复制到计算机上,双击FC2000-IAH历史数据采集系统软件包图标,屏幕显示如图-1。
