电磁阀的使用说明选型要领:电磁阀选型首先应该依次遵循安全性,可靠性,适用性,经济性四大原则,其次是根据六个方面的现场工况(即管道参数、流体参数、压力参数、电气参数、动作方式、特殊要求进行选择)。
选型依据:一、根据管道参数选择电磁阀的:通径规格(即DN)、接口方式1、按照现场管道内径尺寸或流量要求来确定通径(DN)尺寸。
2、接口方式,一般>DN50要选择法兰接口,≤DN50则可根据用户需要自由选择。
二、根据流体参数选择电磁阀的:材质、温度组1、腐蚀性流体:宜选用耐腐蚀电磁阀和全不锈钢;食用超净流体:宜选用食品级不锈钢材质电磁阀。
2、高温流体:要选择采用耐高温的电工材料和密封材料制造的电磁阀,而且要选择活塞式结构类型的。
3、流体状态:大至有气态,液态或混合状态,特别是口径大于DN25订货时一定要区分开来。
4、流体粘度:通常在50cSt以下可任意选择,若超过此值,则要选用高粘度电磁阀。
三、根据压力参数选择电磁阀的:原理和结构品种1、公称压力:这个参数与其它通用阀门的含义是一样的,是根据管道公称压力来定。
2、工作压力:如果工作压力低则必须选用直动或分步直动式原理;最低工作压差在0.04Mpa以上时直动式、分步直动式、先导式均可选用。
四、电气选择:电压规格应尽量优先选用AC220V、DC24较为方便。
五、根据持续工作时间长短来选择:常闭、常开、或可持续通电1、当电磁阀需要长时间开启,并且持续的时间多余关闭的时间应选用常开型。
2、要是开启的时间短或开和关的时间不多时,则选常闭型。
3、但是有些用于安全保护的工况,如炉、窑火焰监测,则不能选常开的,应选可长期通电型。
六、根据环境要求选择辅助功能:防爆、止回、手动、防水雾、水淋、潜水1、爆炸性环境:必须选用相应防爆等级的电磁阀2、当管内流体有倒流现象时,可选择带止回功能电磁阀。
3、当需要对电磁阀进行现场人工操作时,可选择带手动功能电磁阀。
4、露天安装或粉尘多场合应选用防水,防尘品种(防护等级在IP54以上)。

ZC45B~ZC250B 为单机形式,ZC350B~1000B为单机叠加减速器形式。
隔爆标志有Ex dⅡBT4Gb和Ex dⅡCT4Gb。
本系列隔爆电装具有ZC系列电装的特点:功能全,性能可靠,控制系统先进,体积小,重量轻,品种规格齐等特点。
本产品性能指标达到GB/T24923-2010 《普通型阀门电动装置技术条件》的规定。
隔爆性能符合GB3836.1-2010《爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备通用要求》、GB3836.2-2010《爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备隔爆型电气设备“d”》及GB/T 24922-2010 《隔爆型阀门电动装置技术条件的规定》。
该系列隔爆型阀门电动装置用于阀瓣做直线运动的阀门,如截止阀、闸阀、节流阀、隔膜阀、水闸等。
可以用于明杆阀,也可以用于暗杆阀,是对阀门实现远控、集控和自动控制的必不可少的驱动装置。
This series flameproof electric valve actuators (flameproof actuator as abbreviation) are explosion-proof type of series ZC electric valve actuators. Types ZC45B~ZC250B are single unit actuators and Type ZC350B~ZC1000B are combination set of an actuator and a gear reducer. Flameproof marks are divided into dⅡBT4 and dⅡCT4. This series flameproof actuators are provided with features of series ZC actuators: of full functions, advanced in control system, small in size, complete in specifications. Within other effects, the terminals may suffer degradation, resulting in bad solderability. QBZ系列矿用隔爆型真空电磁起动器说明书默认分类2010-03-25 12:49:22 阅读456 评论2 字号:大中小\一、适用范围QBZ系列矿用隔爆型真空电磁起动器主要适用于具有爆炸性危险气体(甲烷、煤尘混合物)的煤矿井下,在额定电压380、660V,额定频率50Hz,额定电流至200A的三相交流中性点不直接接地供电系统中,对隔爆型三相鼠笼型电动机直接起动、停止和反转控制。
起动器具有失压、过压、短路、过载、断相及漏电闭锁等保护。
1、起动器采用三极真空交流接触器,主触头密封在真空开关管内,无需维护,具有电弧不外露,适用于频繁操作,主触头磨损小,电寿命长,安全可靠的特点。
2、起动器采用新型换相隔离开关,换相动作可靠,并有经改进的灭弧罩,灭弧效果良好。

二、 防爆性能:控制器为隔爆型,其外壳可以承受内部爆炸性气体混合物爆炸产生的压力,并能阻止内部的爆炸引燃外壳周围环境中的爆炸性气体混合物。
控制器的防爆标志为:ExdⅡBT4。
Ex—防爆标志d—防爆型式为隔爆型。
Ⅱ—工厂用电气设备。
B—级别,决定隔爆面参数。
T4—温度组别,允许最高表面温度为135℃。
可燃性气体、蒸汽级别,温度组别举例可参阅GB3836.1-2000标准中的附录B栏目。
控制器各部位隔爆结合面参见(图1)中字母“I”所指处。
上述隔爆面均为圆形配合面隔爆型式。
控制器开度表和指示灯部分为透明件防爆结构。
除开度微调钮、现场/远控钮、开阀/停止/关阀钮的隔爆面长度大于12.5mm外,其余隔爆面长度均为25mm。

请在使用本公司产品前仔细阅读本说明书1)正确的使用本公司产品,不必要的损失和事故将得到避免!您应遵守本说明书的规定,因为意外的损失和事故的发生,往往是一些人的粗心,疏忽和大意引起的!2)开度视窗不得与硬物碰撞。
3)与阀门连接所用螺栓强度不得低于8.8 级。
4)不得在阴雨天户外打开电气箱盖、电机等密封部位。
5)安装或重装后,首次电动操作,必须使阀门处于中间位置检查开、关方向,必须按调试要求进行逐项调试,检查各部件正常后,才能投入使用。
6)安装拆卸调试时不可损伤密封面,密封件和隔爆型阀门电动装置的隔爆面,重装时盖严紧固并必须确保电气箱盖和电缆进出口处密封良好,以防雨水,潮气进入,造成电器元件失效及零件锈蚀。
7)手动操作时应将手-电动切换手柄按箭头方向推动(或拉),若推不到位时应边转动手轮边推动手柄,切换到位后即可手动操作,手轮旋向与输出轴旋向一致,正常顺时针为关阀,逆时针为开阀;电动时切换手柄将自动复位,切不可将手柄强行扳回,否则损坏阀门电动装置。
8)不得在爆炸环境下拆去与电气有关的箱盖带电调试阀门电动装置,打开电气箱盖时,必须先切断电源。
9)阀门电动装置上的阀杆保护套或闷盖应旋紧,取下修理或保养时,用遮盖装置顶部,以防止灰尘、砂石及其它外来物进入内腔,造成阀杆或阀杆螺母的损坏10)阀门电动装置采用阀门专用电动机,为短时工作制,持续工作时间不得超过铭牌标定时间。
11)当阀门不经常工作时,应定期检查保养并进行操作,建议1 月/次,时间不超过10 分钟。
12)对于阀门电动装置在工况环境、规格、性能参数、连接尺寸、电路等方面有特殊要求时,本公司可按特殊要求供货。

Washing agents may have a negative effect on the long-term functionality of the product. Potting:•If the product is potted in the customer application, the potting material might shrink or expand during and after hardening. Shrinking could lead to an incomplete seal, allowing contaminants into the core. Expansion could damage the component. We recommend a manual inspection after potting to avoid these effects.Storage Conditions:• A storage of Würth Elektronik products for longer than 12 months is not recommended. Within other effects, the terminals may suffer degradation, resulting in bad solderability. Therefore, all products shall be used within the period of 12 months based on the day of shipment.•Do not expose the components to direct sunlight.•The storage conditions in the original packaging are defined according to DIN EN 61760-2.•The storage conditions stated in the original packaging apply to the storage time and not to the transportation time of the components. 二、型号编制说明图1五、安装尺寸图3图41、安装前应仔细阅读产品的使用说明书,查核产品是否完全符合使用要求,熟悉安装要点,做好准备工作。
2、安装时电磁阀线圈向上,并保持垂直位置,电磁阀上箭头或标记应与管道流向一致,不得安装在1.电磁阀2.手动阀3.过滤器旁路装置1.电磁阀2.手动阀3.过滤器分路装置有溅水或漏水的地方。
3、电磁阀的工作介质应清洁无颗粒杂质,电磁阀内件表面上的污物及过滤器,须定期清洁干净。
4、在电磁阀发生故障时,为了及时隔离电磁阀,并保证系统正常运行,最好安装旁路装置。
如图3当电磁阀安装在支路时,电磁阀的口径应比主管道的阀门口径小,如图4分路安装。
注意:支路上的阀平时须关闭。
5、不要将阀门安装于管道低凹处,以免蒸汽冷凝水、杂质等沉淀在阀内而妨碍动作。
6、普通型电磁阀不可在易燃易爆危险场合使用。
7、在管道刚性不足情况下,建议把阀前后管子用支架固定,以防电磁阀工作时引起振动。
8、在安装前,要注意看清产品标牌,认真阅读使用说明书,判断产品是否符合使用条件。
9、电磁阀前后管道上需装压力表,以便观察管道压力。
七、电磁阀使用维修1、建议使用单位派专人负责,使用和维护。
2、电磁阀安装后或长时间停用后再次投入运行时,必须通入介质试动作数次,工作正常后方可投入正式使用。
湿式报警阀说明书一、概述1.定义:GB50084-2001《自动喷水灭火系统设计规范》定义:湿式系统wet pipe system 由闭式洒水喷头、水流指示器、湿式报警阀组以及管道和供水设施等组成,准工作状态时管道内充满用于启动系统的有压水的闭式系统。
2.应用范围:自动喷水灭火系统是目前世界上使用最普遍的一种固定灭火设备,主要应用于人员密集、不易疏散、外部增援灭火与救生较困难的性质重要或火灾危险性较大的场所。
湿式系统要求环境温度不低于4℃,且不高于70℃。
常用的场所有:工业及一般燃烧物资仓库、宾馆、商场、医院、剧院、办公楼、会议中心,特别适用于高层建筑和地下工程。
自动喷水灭火湿式系统不适用以下场所:*存有遇水发生爆炸或加速燃烧的物品的场所;*存有遇水发生剧烈化学反应或产生有毒有害物质的物品的场所;*存有洒水将导致喷溅或沸溢的液体的场所;*露天场所。
