Purpose1.1 Buckeye has issued this policy to prevent safety and business-related incidents due to theknown distractions from the use of Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs) and to ensure thesafe and effective operation of Buckeye facilities.1.2 This policy outlines the accepted uses of personal electronic devices, personal cell phonesand company issued cell phones while on duty inside of the facility for all Buckeyeemployees and on-site contractors who use PEDs while working for Buckeye and its affiliatecompanies.1.3 While cell phones/smart phones and tablets are necessary conveniences of the businessworld, Buckeye requires that its employees and on-site contractors follow this policy for theirown safety and the safety of others.2. Roles and ResponsibilitiesSee Section 4.3. Definitions4. Procedure4.1 ScopeThis policy pertains (but is not limited) to both personal and business PEDs listed below:•cell phones•computers•tablet devicesThe PEDs listed below are deemed non-business related and should not be brought to work.If brought to work, they should remain securely locked up in employees’ cars:•portable televisions•Gaming Consoles/Handheld Devices•cameras•portable DVD/Blu-Ray players4.2 Policy4.2.1 All employees and contractors are always required to be professional and keep safetyin mind when using PEDs while on company premises and while performingcompany business.4.2.2 Buckeye provided PEDs (cell phones, smart phones, computers and tablets) areissued for business use only. Company PEDs shall not be used for excessive private,recreational, or non-Company related activity. Refer to ISPP104 – Mobile DevicePolicy for additional information on permissible Buckeye provided PED use.4.2.3 This policy prohibits the use of PEDs (Buckeye provided or personal) while driving aBuckeye owned, leased, or rented vehicle, or a personal vehicle used for companybusiness. Use of a PED as a GPS for driving directions is acceptable provided thedestination information is entered prior to vehicle movement.4.2.4 PEDs in Operating Areas can present an unnecessary distraction if not used asintended as they have the potential to adversely impact the task or work beingperformed. Business and/or personal PEDs shall not be used while performing worktasks.4.2.4.1 Operating areas are defined as, but not limited to, control rooms, hazardousareas listed in Section 4.2.7.1, lab areas, fire equipment buildings, and otherareas as specified by local operations.4.2.4.2 Exceptions to Section 4.2.4 are listed below, however the exceptions list isstill subject to Section 4.2.7 of this policy:•Communicating pipeline cuts with a Control Center when a land line is not available•Performing point-to-point checkouts of instrumentation when a land line is not available•Routine PM Inspections•Other Workforce enablement tasks as applicable that use designatedmobile devices (smart phones or tablets)•Remote troubleshooting of equipment•Emergency situations4.2.5 Employees and contractors are encouraged to make personal calls during breaks.4.2.6 Personal PEDs (employee and contractor) may not be used to take photographs orrecordings of employees, the facility, or the work environment unless approved by the Manager of the facility as it could potentially compromise customer information,trade secrets, facility security, and employee privacy.4.2.7 Due to the potential of creating an ignition source, the use of PEDs are prohibited inhazardous areas unless the device is intrinsically safe and used in accordance toBuckeye Hot Work/SWP policies.4.2.7.1 Truck loading/unloading racks, marine loading/unloading positions, railcarloading/unloading positions, process areas, sample buildings, open piping orvessels, tanks, and inside tank dikes have been designated as hazardous4.2.7.2 PEDs which are not certified as intrinsically safe must be turned off prior toentering any hazardous area.4.2.7.3 PEDs which are not certified as intrinsically safe shall not be utilized inareas where hazardous work is taking place unless the Safe Work Permitprocedure is followed, including air monitoring. Hazardous work includesactivities such as but not limited to maintenance or service work requiringlockout/tagout (operational lockouts/isolations are excluded), hot work, lineseparation or valve removal, moving “In-Service” pipe, abrasive blasting,opening vessels to atmosphere, confined space entry, and tank work.4.2.7.4 The use of PEDs that are designed and certified as intrinsically safe for thecorresponding area classification may be used with approval from localOperations in that hazardous area without a Safe Work Permit.4.2.8 Violations of this policy will be subject to disciplinary action or potential terminationof contract.4.3 PEDs While Driving4.3.1 Buckeye has a Zero Tolerance policy regarding use of a cell phone/smart phone whiledriving. For the safety of its employees and others it is imperative that employees pullover and stop at a safe location to dial, text, email, receive a call or converse on a cellphone/smart phone or similar electronic device in any way.4.3.2 Buckeye employees are not permitted to use a cell phone/smart phone, either hand-held or hands-free, while operating a motor vehicle on Company business, onCompany time, or on Company property. This also applies to contractors who areoperating a motor vehicle on Company property.4.3.3 Use of smart phones as a GPS device and/or a radio/music device is allowed if set ina secure location prior to driving being in progress. Buckeye employees utilizing asmart phone/tablet for this purpose are required to set the smart phone/tablet upbefore driving is in progress to ensure it is not a distraction. The use of earbuds/headphones by a driver is not allowed while driving is in progress.4.3.4 Emergency Phone Calls4.3.4.1 While driving is in progress, calls may not be answered and shall be directedto voice mail.4.3.4.2 Emergency calls are normally indicated by back-to-back calls. To notify anemployee of an emergency or urgent issue, call the employee and leave abrief voice mail message; then call the employee back immediately (this isreferred to as a double call) to leave another voice mail message. Theemployee should interpret this as an urgent or emergency call and shouldfind the next safe place to pull over to check messages and return the call. 5. FlowchartsNot applicable.6. 保定鑫佳电子科技有限公司为专业无线模块制造厂商,具有多年的无线模块开发设计和制造生产能力,使用中有任何技术问题,请及时联系本公司的技术支持!一:模块简介XJ7108-D01采用笙科电子(AMICCOM)于2011年7月发表新一代应用于智能电网的射频芯片,模块设计于欧美及亚洲常见的433.92MHz,也可支持中国智能电网所选用的470MHz ~ 510MHz,以及欧洲无线自动读表所使用的868.3MHz 与868.95MHz频段,除此之外,A7108也支持1GHz 以下免执照的ISM Band 应用(300MHz ~ 950MHz),比如日本的310MHz,,美国与台湾的允许的915MHz等频段。
不过如工作于这些频道,模块需要修改参数,具体可联系我公司业务人员。
A7108属于笙科电子第四代高效能芯片,data rate支持2Kbps ~ 250Kbps,调变方式可选择FSK或GFSK,MCU 透过SPI接口即可操作A7108的RF 模式以及存取内建的64 Bytes TXFIFO 与RXFIFO。
A7108最大的优势在于超优质的RF性能,以470MHz ~ 510MHz的频段来说,内建的PA 可输出高达20dBm的发射功率,接收器拥有超高灵敏度(-114dBm @ 10Kbps)。
在10Kbps的条件下,XL7108-D01 搭配直立的单心线天线(裁剪四分之一波长长度之1.6mm 单心线),在海边空旷区域实测可得1300米,街道实测之距离可达1000米。
若将data rate 从10Kbps降为2Kbps,则空旷区域实测距离最远可至1600米。
除了远距离传输能力外,A7108内建的RSSI 可协助软件工程师侦测干净的传输信道,芯片内部的Auto Calibration 机制,用来克服半导体制程的变异,可稳定地在各种环境下工作,自动频率补偿(AFC)的功能可解决RF 频偏造成的灵敏度衰退。

4、使用方法4.1按键的使用方法CL-610A智能控制器上共设“△”、“▽”、“设置”、“确认”共4个按键。
1)在待机状态下,按“△”、“▽”键选择灯光场景,按“确认”键确认选择需要的场景。
4.2功放红外码的学习方法1)将墙板与CL-610A智能控制器的墙板口连接,先关闭智能控制器电源,同时按住“△”键及“设置”键不放,打开智能控制器电源,智能控制器显示“--”。

Make sure theholes in the adapter, washers, and socket line up. 13.Insert the bolt into the square hole in the adapter socket, so the square bottom of the bolt head mates with the square shape of the hole. 24.Screw the adapter locking knob onto the bolt until secure.Instructions21Mounting the IPD-101 to a Microphone Stand’s Threaded MountTo mount the IPD-101 to the threaded mount of a microphone stand, align the adapter’s threaded socket with the microphone stand’s threaded mount, and screw the iPad adapter on until secure. 3Mounting the IPD-101 to a Microphone Stand ShaftTo mount your IPD-101 to a microphone stand shaft via the clamp mounting adapter, follow these steps:1. Open the clamp by loosening the clamp locking knob.2. Fit the clamp around the micro-phone stand shaft.3.Close the clamp by tightening the clamp locking knob until secure.443Inserting Y our iPad into the BracketTo insert your iPad into the bracket of the IPD-101, follow these steps:1.If you are using the iPad 2 or a newer model, remove the backing from the adhesive foam strips, and apply them to the brackets. If you are using the original iPad model, skip this step. 52.Loosen the bracket locking knob and open the bracket to its widest extension. 63.If your iPad is in a case, remove it from the case. Insert your iPad bottom-first into the bracket. 74.Close the bracket extension so it fits over the top corners of your iPad and firmly holds it in place.5.Tighten the bracket locking knob until secure.Important! Do not insert your iPad into the bracket until after you have successfully mounted the IPD-101 on to the microphone stand.Positioning the IPD-101The rubber washers in the IPD-101 allow you to adjust the orientation and angle of the bracket without loosening and retightening the adapter locking knob. Over-current-proofCustomer must apply resistors for protection, otherwise slight voltage shift will cause big current change (Burn out will happen). 2. Storage2.1 Do not open moisture proof bag before the products are ready to use.2.2 Before opening the package, the LEDs should be kept at 10℃~30℃ and 90%RH or less. 2.3 The LEDs suggested be used within one year.2.4 After opening the package, the devices must be stored at 10°C~30°C and 60%RH, and usedwithin 168 hours (floor life). If unused LEDs remain, it should be stored in moisture proof packages.2.5 If the moisture absorbent material (desiccant material) has faded or unopened bag hasexceeded the shelf life or devices (out of bag) have exceeded the floor life, baking treatment is required.2.6 If baking is required, refer to IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 for bake procedure or recommend the following conditions:96 hours at 60°C ± 5°C and < 5 % RH (reeled/tubed/loose units) 3. Soldering Condition3.1 Pb-free solder temperature profile3.2 Reflow soldering should not be done more than two times. 3.3 When soldering, do not put stress on the LEDs during heating. 3.4 After soldering, do not warp the circuit board.7 4.Soldering IronEach terminal is to go to the tip of soldering iron temperature less than 350℃ for 3 seconds within once in less than the soldering iron capacity 25W. Leave two seconds and more intervals, and do soldering of each terminal. Be careful because the damage of the product is often started at the time of the hand solder. 5.RepairingRepair should not be done after the LEDs have been soldered. When repairing isunavoidable, a double-head soldering iron should be used (as below figure).
