教学设计执教内容六上Unit 7 Protect the Earth (第2课时Grammar time & Culture time )执教教师教学内容本单元教材以“Protect the Earth”为主题，让学生初步了解地球的现状，并学会保护地球环境，同时鼓励学生积极参与到保护地球的活动中去。
本课时的教学内容是Grammar time和Culture time, 学生学会准确使用句型We use …to …来表达用某物来干什么, 并进一步灵活运用句型: We shou ld / should not ….表达应该或不应该做的事。
同时将文化插入话题，让学生了解地球日和世界环境日的相关知识。
教学对象学生通过学习Unit5 Signs 和Unit6 Keep our city clean 已经对一些公共场所的文明行为习惯及保护城市环境的知识有一定的了解，对于应该做什么或不应该做什么有了一定的辨别能力。
顺着文明行为、生态环境的这一主线进入本单元的保护地球环境的主题对于学生来说并不突兀，是一个知识的升华与拓展。
由于这些话题比较贴近现实生活，因此学生在理解和接受上存在的难度不是很大，教师在教学时除了对语言知识的训练之外在情感态度上进行提升，通过对地球日、世界环境日等文化了解让学生能形成保护地球从我做起的意识。
教学目标 1.学会准确使用句型We use … to …来表达用某物来干什么；2. 进一步灵活运用句型: We should / should not ….表达应该或不应该做的事；3. 了解地球日和世界环境日的相关知识；4. 进一步培养学生保护地球从我做起的意识；教学策略1. 情感激发, 引出几个关键词：water, coal, oil, wood(trees), plastic, paper,glass，学生思考：We use water/… to do sth. 让学生在一系列的语言实践活动中自己提炼出We use … to + V. 原形这一用法。
Unit 7 Protect the Earth(Grammar time & Fun time)【教学目标】By the end of the class, we’ll be able to:1、根据提示复述story time；2、对比story time中的句子，总结出以下句子结构和使用规律：We use… to… .We should/ shouldn’t… .3、意识到保护地球的重要性，在介绍环保小妙招时准确运用“We use... to...We should（not）.. We can reuse…to make….”。

2.Ask and answerWhat do we do to protect the Earth？3.Recite and check学习要求：1起立一分钟背诵其余三方面；2.背完坐下【设计意图】通过引导学生回答问题，帮助回忆Story time的重点框架。
为学生的一分钟背诵提供支架。
学生在背诵的过程中，不仅及时地复习了story time的全部内容，进一步把握新词新句的表达，同时也为后续的学习做好准备。
4.Read and judge学习要求：1.独立思考完成；2.学伴讨论并核对答案；3.展示。
评价：答对1-2方面：Good全部答对：Perfect!【设计意图】通过将故事中的重点句型罗列出来，学生基于自己对故事细节的把握改正句子，不仅能帮助学生加深对故事的理解，还可以引导学生聚焦于重点句型，温故而知新。
