Teachers make learning exciting and interesting instead of boring.Another awesome thing about being a teacher is you get to do arts and crafts projects and play educational games. Every week in class, we have "Fun Friday" where we make awesome art projects like paper bag puppets or play games that teach us spelling and science. Teachers are really creative and come up with the greatest ideas to make learning enjoyable. I would love to be able to dream up cool activities like that when I'm older.Speaking of being creative, teachers also get to read fun stories out loud and do silly voices for all the characters. Mrs. Roberts is a master at funny voices - her Mrs. Wigglesworth impression always cracks me up! She's so dramatic when she reads fiction books, it's like I'm watching a movie in my head. If I was a teacher, I would have my students rolling on the floor laughing at my great character voices. Reading out loud to a class seems like an absolute blast.Plus, teachers get to put on amazing class parties and celebrations for holidays and special occasions. Our Halloween party last year was epic - we had a mummy wrapping contest, Halloween bingo, and bobbed for apples. And teachers get to decide on surprises and rewards for good behavior, like sticker charts or extra recess time. Making kids happy would be the highlight of being a teacher for sure.Can you imagine how thrilling it would be to finally become a teacher after going to school for so many years? It would be like graduating from "student" to "teacher" which is the best promotion ever! You get to stand at the front of the classroom and be the leader instead of sitting at a desk taking notes. Teachers command respect but also get to be silly and have funwith their students. 读史金霞老师的《重建师生关系》，开阔了我的视野，也让我意识到教育绝不仅仅是教书，还有许多课堂之外的工作。要想在教育行业有所成就，必须学会与学生,与家长进行深度沟通。也许教育真正的难点在于教师要能同时与班级里的几十个学生建立深厚的友谊。
读雷夫·爱斯奎斯的《第56号教室的奇迹》，雷夫对教育的投入，以及对学生的耐心令人感动。也让我明白，要想成为一名优秀的教师，不一定非要有超凡的智力，也不一定非要有渊博的知识，即使是一个平凡的人，只要他对学生有足够的耐心和爱心，也一定能在教育事业上取得了不起的成绩！
如今我已经明白，教育和学习都有一个长期积累的过程。不会仅仅靠一种方法或一个模式就能马上取得较大的进步。我知道我成长为一名优秀的教师还有很长的路要走，我如饥似渴地阅读教育名著，然后不断地进行实践--反思--再实践。

第二次改变是阅读了李炳亭老师编写的《高效课于改革的历史性转折点而激动不已。我也很快就在自己的班级里尝试了高效课堂教学模式。但是一学期下来，班级的成绩不仅没有提高，反而下降了。我分析了原因：·我没有落实好高效课堂的教学模式，一上来就把自主权全交给学生，让他们自学。没有实现引导学生自学，也没有教会学生自学方法，导致大部分学生无所适从。

“日日行，不怕千万里；天天做，不怕千万事。”作为一名教师，我相信经过持之以恒的努力，必定能取得长足的进步，也必定能取得应有的成就。我想这也是教育的魅力所在。
工作五年来，我阅读了大量的教育名著。也经常试着把书中学到的方法用于实际教学。
第一次尝试改变是把“代币系统”用于班级管理。从“听讲”、“作业”、“背书”、“卫生”、“纪律”、“品德”六个方面给每个学生计分，满30分奖励一个作业本。刚开始计分特别麻烦费时，后来把学生分成六个小组，每组选一名组长负责计分。学生普遍非常在乎得分。这种方法效果显著。后来在外出培训时看到荆州北京路第二小学全校实施这种管理方法。他们是以小组为单位给予奖励。

在课堂上，她不停地咳嗽，脸色苍白，我们都叫她停下来休息，可是她摇摇头说，不能够因为她的病情而耽误了我们学习的进度。

这样的事情还有很多，她就是这样的无私贡献。

我敬佩她这样的精神，也就是在那刻我立志也当一名教师，当一名像何老师这样的教师。

第二个原因就是因为我爷爷。

我爷爷也是一名小学教师，我小时候，她就以她的语言。

行动深深影响着我。

可是在一次事故中，爷爷跌断了右手，从此她就从讲台上退了下来，我知道爷爷是和喜欢当教师这份职业的。

我喜欢这份职业的原因有一半是想帮爷爷实现她当教师的梦想。

为了这份职业，我初中高中都很努力在学习，一直为这份专业而奋斗着。

高考填志愿的时候，我毫不犹豫地填了师范院校。

终于我以优异的成绩考上了湛江师范学院。

在这里我已经已经四年的专业学习，也进行和很多的教学技能培训，我想我已经有能力去当一名教师，去做自己喜欢的职业。

现在我已经大四了，很快就出来了，如果我真的站在讲台上的话，我一定会做好这份自己喜欢的职业。

第一，我会备好课，上好每一节课。

教师的主要工作就是教学，所以我会耐心地向我的学生讲解，直到他们明白为止。

第二，我会关心他们的学习，关心他们的生活。

课后，我会帮助那些成绩不好的学生复习功课，辅导他们做作业，帮助把成绩提上去。

除了学习，我还会关心他们的生活，比如有学生因为家庭或是同学之间矛盾而情绪波动，我会主动找他们谈心聊天，帮助他们解决问题。

第三，我会对每一个学生一视同仁。

我不会以成绩的好坏来评价学生，我会公平的对待每一个学生。

第四，我说话会算数。

答应学生的事情我会尽一切努力去做好。

否则就会降低自己在学生心中的威信，久而久之，就很难让学生信服了。
