教师教学能力一直都是教育事业的关键,做一个“智慧”的教师尤为重要。
新时代背景下,教师应善于利用新颖的教学手段激发学生的内心动力,使"教"与"学"两个环节的双边活动达到和谐统一,使课堂充满活力。
基于此,本文将浅谈舞动智慧的“魔棒”,讨论打造活力英语课堂的方法。
关键词:智慧教学;教育方法;初中英语;活力课堂引言一、教育资源的智慧利用随着互联网的迅速发展,许多教育软件被开发,大多学校也配置上了各种多媒体工具,例如鸿合白板,希沃白板等,可以让学生课堂变得更加充实和高效。
教师应当实现资源利用最大化,利用时代发展产物提高英语教育的效率。
由于课程安排,线下课堂学习的时间总是有限的。
对于部分同学来说,线下课堂的学习时间根本不够,所以教师可以采取引进线上资源的模式来进行教学。
线上资源的好处就是不受地域限制,在家也能够学习英语[1]。
在线上教学中,教师可以在线教学平台上传教学资源,课件内容或者对重难点知识的录播视频。
这样就可以照顾到学生的差异性,不同学生需要再理解的课堂内容不同,学生可以根据自己需求进行选择性学习。
另外,教师还可以在课后教学平台上发布一些在线作业或小测试,通过学生做题正确率可以很直观地看出他们的学习效率与成果,利用好平台分析所得数据,错的多的题目可以单独拿出来在课堂上讲解,以便加深学生的记忆,以防下次再犯错,对前面的课堂内容还可以进行适当讲解和补充。

《义务教育英语课程标准(2011年版)》将小学英语教学的宗旨阐述为发展学生的英语语言综合运用能力。
传统英语教学以教授词、句、语法等语言知识为主,缺少真实语境的创设,这不利于学生长远的英语学习及其英语核心素养的培养。
为提高学生的英语综合运用能力,教师应在教学时创设贴近学生生活的情境,帮助学生感知、学习和体验目标语言的使用。
这样的教学方式与语篇教学的教学理念相呼应:语篇教学强调的正是教师在真实、有效的语境中,帮助学生梳理语篇,培养学生的综合语言运用能力。
程晓堂教授曾提出,为使创设的教学情境更为真实,作为课堂教学的设计者和实施者,英语教师可以从学生的认识水平和自身教学的需求出发,对教材进行二次加工,即对语篇内容进行适当的调整、补充或删减,使教材语篇更好地为课堂教学服务。
本文中,笔者以自己两次公开课(人教版小学英语六年级上册Unit 6“How do you feel?”Part A“Let's learn”板块和同单元Part B“Let's talk”板块)的教学设计及实践经验为例,从借助教材语篇语境、调整语篇呈现顺序和扩展语篇内容三方面阐述如何对教材语篇进行充分利用和二次开发,助力语篇教学,创造高效课堂。
一、走进教材,创设丰富情境对教材的二次开发并不意味着教师可以随心所欲地改编教材。
教师在创编教材语篇时要注意其前提,即要充分钻研和利用教材原有的主题语境。

教完48个音标及拼读方法,并不意味着完成了语音教学任务。
许多学生往往在开头学得很好,以后就只重视句型和对话,忽视了音标的巩固,甚至有语音退步现象。
如单词thank,一开始由于教时强调口形、舌位,发得较准,慢慢地,由于疏忽,发成了[θenk] 最后随口说成了[senk]了。
因此音标教学绝不能仅限于入门阶段,而是要贯穿于整个教学过程。
教学中,我尽量做到以下两点:
(一)音形结合,掌握规律
教会学生音标的认读及拼读之后,应注意培养学生按照读音规则,把单词的音、形、义联系起来迅速反应的能力。
每次教新词时,不仅要会发音、会拼读,还要与旧词联系,进行一些归类性的训练。
如教单词thank时,先让学生回忆th发[θ]的单词,如出示卡片让学生读读,再与th发[ð]的一组卡片做比较。
学生们不仅渐渐地知道p发[p],b发[b],m[m],h[h],还知道th发[θ]或[ð],ng[ŋ],kn [n],ght[t],ow [au],ea[i:]/[e]等,用这样的方法,能培养学生自觉地把单词、音标作音、形比较,直至掌握一些规律,逐步学会听音知形、见形知音的本领。
这样的训练,培养了学生速记单词的能力。
(二)严格要求,常抓不懈
在教学中我做到持之以恒,严格要求学生,不断正音,不让语音退化。
当然,严格要求,及时纠音,也应和适当宽容相结合,因为每
个人的接受能力不同,而且语音学习是需要一个过程的,不可能一下就学得十分标准。
起初时,应允许把一点“错误”逐步标准化。
我在教学中经常注意在复习环节中安插一点时间操练音素,防止回生。
平时检查读书、背书时也十分重视学生的发音。
如学生往往容易把short 中的元音发成短音;[æ]与[e]不分。
由于方言的干扰,学生常把[∫]发成[s],把[3]发成[z]等,这就要靠教师经常训练,不断提醒,并及时表扬发音好的学生,形成正确发音的风气。
在课文中所出现的连读,我也利用音标提示学生,如an English teacher引导学生连读。
还有不完全爆破,a black cat用括号提示学生发正确[ə΄blækæt]。
句子的语调、会话、朗读的感情,都做到严格要求,一丝不苟,学生在这种训练下,语音才会越来越好。
在试教中,我体会到,只要教师肯在教法上钻研创新,而且持之以恒,常抓不懈,就完全可以处理好教学中的这一难关。
教是为了不教,学用“拐棍”是为了丢掉它。
利用国际音标教学,培养学生学习外语的自学能力,将会使学生受益终身。
