（内蒙古兴安盟人民医院骨关节运动医学科内蒙古乌兰浩特 137400）【摘要】目的：探究MMII缝合套件和硬膜外针在半月板缝合术后疗效及缝合时间上有无不同。

方法：回顾性分析我院2013年2月至2016年2月半月板前角及体部缝合的病例，比较分析MMII缝合套件和硬膜外针在半月板缝合术后的Lysholm评分及缝合每一针所用时间。

结果：MMII缝合组与硬膜外针缝合组在Lysholm评分和缝合每针所用时间上无显著差异性。

总结：两种缝合方法，缝合套件操作相对初学者易于掌握，但经过训练，两种缝合时间无明显差异。

回顾性分析我院2013年2月-2016年2月半月板前角及体部缝合的病例，我们认为经过长期训练，两种方法均能被熟练应用，疗效无明显差异。

现汇报如下。

1.资料与方法1.1 一般资料选取2013年2月-2016年2月，我院进行半月板前角及体部缝合手术治疗的患者资料。

根据纳入标准，对32例患者纳入本研究进行分析，男18例，女14例；年龄15～40岁，平均25.8岁。

根据缝合方法分为施乐辉公司MMII缝合套件组(8例)和硬膜外针组(24例)。

两组患者在年龄、性别、身高、体重方面无显著性差异。

1.2 入选标准（1）年龄15～40岁。
