1、When we talk about a friend,we will talk about the good side of him or her,so we will use positive adjectives. Think out as many positive adjectives as possible.

2、And sometimes we will talk about the bad side of a friend,and we will use negative adjectives. Think out as many negative adjectives as possible.

3、Turn to page 6,and look at the first table on this page.
Synonyms and Antonyms
Look at the second table,read the words in the table,and tell me what do “synonyms” and “antonyms” mean?
Synonyms are words of the same or similar meaning while antonyms are words of opposite meanings. For example:
Synonyms:smart—clever;loyal—faithful;diligent—hardworking;happy—cheerful;
timid—shy …
Antonyms:clever—stupid;polite—rude;talkative—quiet;hard-working—lazy;
