具体而言，本课程将探讨以下8个专题：1．公司财务与金融理论的回顾与评论2．创业、天使融资、与创投和风险投资3．会计与财务规划4．成长与上市决策5．资本结构与再融资6. 公司治理与股权结构7．重组与并购8．可持续性的企业价值增长的财务战略本课程将着重专题讨论、讲授理论与实务、结合案例分析。
