每朵花都有盛开的理由

在电视上看“十佳教师”的事迹报告,看着看着,眼泪就蜇疼了眼睛。
我为自己优秀的同行叫好,同时,也由他们的苦累联想到自己的苦累,突然就十分心疼起自己这个“张老师”来,于是眼泪就流得不成样子了。
她们当中,有一位姓方的女教师,她的故事让我听后流下了汪洋恣肆的泪。
但这泪中除了震惊、怜恤外,还有怨责与伤心、屈辱与愤怒。
方老师的丈夫在外地工作,他们有一个4岁的女儿;方老师教初三数学,同时担任一个班级的班主任工作。
这一年夏初,复习进入了白热化阶段。
方老师每天早晨6点以前赶到学校,晚上10点以后才能回家。
上幼儿园的孩子每天先随妈妈到学校,等妈妈安顿好了班级工作之后再由妈妈送到幼儿园;晚上7点钟,妈妈将孩子从幼儿园接回家,拔掉所有的电器插头,再将玩具堆放在女儿面前,然后反锁
上家门到学校去辅导晚自习。
有一天,方老师所在的年级
要进行模拟考试,一大早,她的
女儿说自己“特别冷”,方老师
摸摸她的额头,感觉有一点发
热,但她没有在意。
晚上她把女
儿接回家,女儿又说“特别困”,方老师便让女儿睡觉,自己急匆匆赶到学校去辅导晚自习。
第二天,孩子说没力气起床,要求不上幼儿园了,在家里玩一天。
妈妈也就答应了。
第三天,孩子说眼睛看不见东西,这时,妈妈的模拟考试也刚好结束了,便带孩子到医院去瞧病。
医生说,孩子因为高烧,眼角膜已经软化穿孔,彻底失明了……
方老师讲到这里不由得呜咽起来。
但她平静了一下情绪,马上接着说:“那一届学生十分争气,有一半学生考上了重点高中。
虽说为了他们的成功我付出了高额代价,但我觉得值得!他们的成功是我一生的安慰与自豪!”
我的心,在那一刻碎了。
这个伟大的方老师,竟没有意识到为送走几个成绩优秀的学生,却对自己无辜的女儿犯下了罪过;她只顾工作紧张,却无端地给自己和社会制造出一个“累赘”;她把那个可怜的女童看成了自己的私有财产,以为牺牲掉孩子正显示了母亲无比的高深的情操!最可怕、最可恨的是把这件事视为“卖点”的评委们,他们究竟想通过方老师这个让人椎心泣血的故事标榜什么?
有些人生课业,错过了就永远错过了,我们终其一生都休想寻到弥补的机会;而有些人生课业,错过后几乎每天都有弥补的机会,我们为什么一定要愚蠢地用“无机会”去给“有机会”殉葬呢?我们的教育中太应该摒弃那些非人性的东西。
不要总去夸耀一个老师身患重疾置生死于度外、毫不吝惜地抛洒生命;不要总去夸耀一个校长因为
考季来临工作异常紧张,便不去为老父亲送葬;不要总去夸耀一个母亲为了不耽误孩子的学习,在自己的婆母临终前都不满足她看一眼孙子的愿望……
我们在寂寞的人生旅程中一路走来,应珍视眼中的每一朵花,在花枝下自觉地低头,不要莽撞地碰落了它。
给它浇水,对它微笑,鼓励它努力延续美丽的花期——不是吗?
