青年英语教师教研活动方案一、活动主题如何提高学生在英语课堂中的口语表达能力。
二、活动目的中国学生的通病是，书面阅读勉强过得去，口语不行，听力很差，书写凑合。
由于缺乏适当的语言环境，以及地区英语教学水平的限制，在绝大部分地区，学生只能在试卷上书写英语，而不开口讲英语，学的仍然是“哑巴”英语。
这种状况首先和我们的教学体制不无关系。
长期以来我们在英语教学过程中只重视分数，认为学生考了一个高分数，就说明学生学好了。
这种纯应试教育的大环境下培养的只能是口语能力、交际能力不高的学生。
其次，长期以来，我们在英语教学中没有一种符合中学生英语学习的口语教材，就算有，其内容要么与英语国家语言现状脱节或者说滞后。
我们学习英语口语的第一步是要选一本好的口语教材。
口语教材最好是附有相应的文化背景介绍，因为很多中学生英语不知道怎么说其实是句型的积累量太少了，总是想一句中文，再把这句中文翻译成英文说出来。
市面上的口语教材良莠不齐，只把内容呈现出来，但如何运用却不提级，很有局限性。
再次，由于目前诸多条件的限制，地区间发展不平衡，师资力量教学设备等的不同，在绝大部分地方，英语教学都是有中国老师来承担。
一部分英语教师自身的口语水平有待于改进。
最后，在非英语国家无论是教授英语还是学习英语，都缺乏一种英语的交流环境。
这些都导致口语教学难以开展。
随着课程改革的不断发展，新课标的出台，培养学生的口语表达能力和交际能力，已成为初中英语教学的重要目标。
也成为英语课堂教学必须完成的中心任务。
针对学生在课堂教学中参与意识差，不喜欢表现自己，不敢在人前大胆表达自己的想法，不能积极参与课堂教学这一现实，我们开展这一研讨活动。

五、参加活动的对象：马校长及全体英语教师.六、中心发言人：杨波。
七、活动内容1．理论学习本组全体教师学习提高学生口语表达能力方面的见解和学术著作,提高理论认识。
2．目标分析组织本组全体教师讨论中学学英语课程标准及改革问题，明晰中学英语口语交际方面的观点与要求，讨论如何提高本校学生的口头表达欲望的策略方法，分析课例的备课资料，讨论教学设计，让全体人员明确教研活动的目标要求。
3.课堂观察（研究课）由组内的每位老师分别上一堂各年级的展示课，观察不同年龄段学生的上课表现，研究提高学生英语表达欲望的策略和方法。
4.课后调查调查学生对这堂课的直观感受和想法，及他们喜欢上什么样的英语课，喜欢英语课的哪个环节等，为进一步研究激发学生口语表达欲望的策略提供宝贵的事实依据。
5．研讨分析针对本次主题教研活动的前期理论学习和中期的调查、讨论和观察，共同研讨激发学生口语表达欲望的策略和方法。

经过多年的教学实践，我对如何提高学生的口语表达能力从以下几个方面进行了探索。
一、坚持英语教学，口语训练的摇篮提高英语口语表达能力的关键是创设英语语境。
教师本身的英语口语表达能力是提高创设英语环境的一个重要因素。
因此，在课堂上我尽可能多的使用英语，给学生创造英语学习的氛围，以此增强学生的求知欲望。
用英语教学还有利于提高学生的听力水平，有利于学生口头模仿。
刚开始实施时，学生不习惯，也听不懂。
我就借助实物、图片、配以手势、动作或表情来启发学生理解我所表达的意思。
坚持了一段时间，学生自然而然地受到了熏陶，听力理解加强了，开口说英语就有了依据和保证。
二、加强课前展示，口语训练的保证每天课前5分钟的时间，我都会交给学生自己，让他们自由发挥。
或几人一组表演对话、小情景剧，或朗诵英文诗歌、讲英文小故事，或进行5分钟演讲。
总而言之，充分发挥每个人的优势，给每个人一个展示自我的空间。
对说的内容、时间长短不加限制，初一时侧重简单的会话，进而围绕问候、告别、问路、打电话、感谢、意愿等进行有准备的交际性口语训练。
初二时以情景表演和讲故事为主，尤其是能够简单的讲述自己身边发生的的事。
初三时侧重演讲和课文的复述，要求其他学生能根据演讲或复述作出简单的概括。
这些活动不但给学生创造了讲英语的机会，而且使学生们增长了知识，扩大了词汇量。
这些活动使学生的口语水平有了更进一步的提升。
三、完善课堂教学，口语训练的升华课堂教学过程是口语教学的主阵地，只有在课堂教学中，学生的口语水平才能得到更进一步的提高，因为，在课堂教学中教师会引导学生进行各种各样的教学活动来完成教学任务。
经过实践，我觉得以下几方面的活动对口语的提高是有很大帮助的。
1．创设情景进行角色表演角色表演既可以激发学生的学习兴趣，又可以激发学生的学习动机。
表演的形式即可以是单纯的会话表演，也可以是情景剧表演，可以无实物表演，也可以利用简单的道具，每到这时学生们的情绪立即高涨起来，争先恐后的表演，课堂气氛相当活跃。
此时，教师只能是指导者和点评者。
角色表演为学生训练口语提供了真实的场景，使枯燥的语言学习变得生动活泼起来。
学生的口语表达能力也得到了进一步升华。
2、设计多样游戏激发学习兴趣俗话说：“书山有路勤为径，学海无崖乐做舟”。
可见，趣味学习的重要性。
而课堂教学中的游戏活动恰好能够将学与乐有机地结合起来，使学生在玩中学，在乐中学。
老师通过游戏的形式来快速训练学生的口语反应，让学生根据老师发出的指令进行口语训练。
游戏的形式根据课堂需要灵活设计。
有时，我把电视娱乐节目里的游戏也借鉴到课堂上来，学生的热情很高，反响也很好。
我想只要我们重视对学生进行积极情绪的影响和激发，营造和谐有趣的训练氛围使学生既掌握了教学内容，又提高了综合素质，尤其是口语水平。
我们的目的就达到了。
3、熟记课文，培养语感良好的语感是学好英语保证。
因此在进行课文教学时我是这样处理的。
（1）熟读课文，扫清生词障碍。
（2）复述课文，加深对课文的理解。
（3）将课文编成小故事，提高学生的表达能力。
（4）背诵课文全面提高。
这些活动能够给学生许多全新的感觉和刺激，加深了他们对口语表达的浓厚兴趣。
但要注意在上述活动中，对学生的表达不能求全责备，当他们出现错误时，不要马上打断，这既影响学生的思维，又容易挫伤学生的自尊心和自信心，从而失去口语表达的愿望。
我采取的是鼓励、肯定的方法，让他们体会到成功的喜悦和快乐。
这样就增强了学生口语表达的自信心和愿望。
4、提倡口头作文，提升口语训练规格书面表达历来是学生学习的难点，为了更好的提高学生的写作水平，及时发现写作中存在的一些问题，同时也能更好地训练学生的口语表达能力，我将书面表达部分以口语的形式在课堂上体现出来，经过一段时间的实施，我觉得收到了事半功倍的效果。
具体操作如下：（1）看图说话作文，这是我在课堂上使用最多的形式。
通过这一活动，可以使学生直接将图画所体现或可以想象的内容与英语联系起来，并且流利地用英语表达出来。
这项活动我通常用多媒体课件来完成，形象、生动，学生乐于积极参与。
给口语表达搭建了一个很好的平台。
（2）教师出题，学生有准备地连贯表述。
这项活动我通常三个年级分三步进行。
一年级模仿，二年级引导性表达。
三年级自由表达。
通过三个阶段的训练，大部分学生都能流利的用英语表达出自己的思想，使学生自己觉得很有成就感，学习英语的兴趣会越来越浓。
口语表达也上了一个新的台阶。
四、重视课后口语的培养，口语训练的延伸课后口语的培养即是对口语训练的加强，也是课堂上口语训练的延伸。
我通常是以作业的形式交给学生去完成。
比如朗读、背诵、英语兴趣活动等。
朗读有助于提高学生的口语能力，由于我们缺少良好的英语语言环境，英语朗读就成了提高口头表达能力的重要手段。
在课后，我布置学生除朗读教材上的内容外，还辅以《新概念英语》等读物中合适的语篇或段落作为辅助材料，此方法取得了很好的效果。
另外，我还不定期地组织英语演讲比赛，英语歌曲比赛，英语故事会，英语角，英语诗歌朗诵等活动。
每学期我还组织学生开展快乐英语短剧比赛，邀请几位英语老师做裁判，评选出优胜者，给予表彰和奖励。
这些活动大大刺激了学生学习英语的兴趣，拓展了英语视野。
我们学校还聘请了外籍教师来我校授课，为学生提供了别人没有的学习机会，外国人的语音语调都比我们地道。
因此我告诉学生抓住每周的一次机会多和外教交流沟通，多聊天，这对学生的口语训练又有了很大的帮助。
总之，培养学生的口语表达能力不是一朝一夕的事，要求我们全体教师坚持不断的努力，但重要的是在课堂教学中把握学生的主体地位，调动学生的积极性，培养学生自主学习的意识，营造和谐的课堂气氛并加强课后的辅助性练习。
我们预期的教学效果一定会达到，教学目标也一定会实现。
活动总结通过这次教研活动，全体教师统一了思想，达成了共识，以满腔的热情投入到新的教学中去。
新一轮课程改革对每一个英语教师提出了更高的要求。
英语教师只有具有不懈的自我提高意识、勤奋的钻研精神，努力提高口语基本功，才能不断优化自身素质结构，在教育教学中达到理论与实践的统一，知识与能力的统一；才能推进口语教学质量的提高；才能深化英语教学改革，提高教学质量；才能承担起创新素质教育的重任。
这也是一个与学生共同成长的过程。
经过一段时间的努力，学生的口语水平有了很大的提高，他们学习的热情和积极性也高涨起来。
我想只要我们坚持不断地努力，我校的英语教学水平和学生的口语水平都会有更大的提高。
这样的教学活动我们今后还会继续开展下去，而且会越来越好，越来越实用，越来越成功。
