小学英语教学经验交流发言稿1尊敬的各位领导、老师:时光飞逝,转眼间,我在四川美丰xx实验学校工作已经一年半了,回想这一年半来的教学生活,可以说是酸甜苦辣,五味俱全。
所以我十分珍惜这次难得的和大家一起共同研讨、学习的机会。
我从事初中英语教学工作六年,刚刚走上小学英语教学工作岗位的时候,我是踌躇满志,信心百倍,认为小学英语教学应该是非常简单的事情,不就是听、说、读、写嘛,没什么难的,但真正开始教学,开始接触学生之后,我才感觉到,小学英语教学之路真不是想象的那么简单好走。
教学伊始,我就遇到了种种问题。
从学生认知的角度看,英语总分只有50分(六年级只有20分),在学生眼里英语就是"豆芽科"、"杂牌科";很大一部分学生认为,初中还要重新学英语,到那时我再认真学也不算晚;也有部分学生的潜意识里,根本没有把学习英语当一回事儿,有一名同学,在课后告诉我,他根本不想学英语,他说:"把中国话学好就行了,为什么还要学英语呢,我也不打算出国"。
从家庭上看,我们学生的家庭大部分属于农村家庭,家长别说说英语,就是听得懂英语的都是少之又少,更何况辅导孩子了,所以根本就谈不上重视了。
从环境上看,学生除了在课堂短短的40分钟外,基本就没有应用英语的地方,等等等等诸多原因,使我的英语教学开展起来非常不顺畅。
我使出浑身解数来解决这些问题。
我觉得要解决这些问题,必须从学习兴趣、学习习惯、学习方法和英语学习的延续上去入手解决。
一、双管齐下,激发学生学习兴趣。
兴趣是最好的老师。
只有不断提高学生学习英语的自信心,才能激活英语课堂;只有学生对所要学习的知识产生兴趣,才能乐学、善学。

以下为访谈内容。
1、您多次提到家庭阅读的重要性,在青少年的英语学习中,家长、老师分别扮演着怎样的角色呢?曹文:我主要讲的是家庭阅读,是建立在兴趣上的阅读。
在这个过程中,家长的角色更为重要,老师应多指导家长开展家庭阅读。
老师更多关注的是课堂的阅读教学,也就是精读。
如果老师不了解家庭阅读应该怎么开展,就很难对家长进行指导。
这也是我比较担心的地方。
2、孩子在英语阅读中,怎样处理精读与泛读之间的关系?曹文:我所强调的阅读是家庭阅读,家庭阅读不存在精读,甚至连泛读都谈不上,这样的阅读是完全建立在兴趣上的阅读。
它强调的是一种英语学习的氛围和环境,无论是精读还是泛读,关键是要去读,要大量地读。
3、您曾谈到“应该让孩子与英文书做朋友”。
而对于一些英语基础差的学生,很难建立这种联系与自信,久而久之就会对英语学习丧失了兴趣,对于这种情况,您有什么建议?曹文:如果孩子的英语基础差,我们要注意几个问题。
首先我们要搞清楚他为什么差,这个是十分重要的,然后再针对性的解决,而不是简单地开展家庭阅读。
其次,明确孩子学英语的目标,一个最基本的目标就是把课内英语学好,如果课内英语没学好,参加任何培训班都不能解决问题,课内英语很简单,如果孩子没学好,可能要从其听课是否认真,是否及时完成作业有关,以及老师的教学方法是否正确等方面考虑。
再次,英语阅读需要寻求超越,超越需要设定目标,在何种程度上超越。
这些问题都值得我们关注。
4您如何看待中国孩子学习英语时表达能力和英语应试之间的关系。
曹文:英语表达能力与应试之间并不对等,因为考试也考听说,听说能力强那么他面对英语应试时也可能取得好的成绩,考试一般都考读写,听说和读写不是一个对立的关系,它们是相辅相成的。
写给所有奔忙在孩子英语学习路上的爸爸妈妈Tony 爸爸作为一个职业英语翻译(也是北京微语翻译的CEO),面对4岁半的儿子如何学英语的问题,实话实说确实羞愧难当,很多 4 岁不到的孩子已经能轻松的能大段大段的跟老师交流了,而我的儿子Tony却26个英文字母都没有学全,不是我不想教宝贝儿子Tony如何学英语, 而是儿子在的幼儿园(李跃儿巴学园)不主张很早的让孩子过早的全面深入的学习理论知识(包括英语) ,担心过早的让孩子学英语,会破坏孩子将来学习英语的兴趣,会破坏孩子全面发展能力的锻炼,比如情感的、自然的、身体方面的各种内在能力的培养, 简而言之,就是培养一个内心强大的人格, 培养全面发展的个体比学一些理论知识更为重要。
这是第一个层面:幼儿园不主张孩子目前系统学英语。
第二个层面的问题就是而我作为和儿子朝夕相处的爸爸,不知道如何教儿子英语,或者说怎样来教Tony 英语,从那里开始,说来有点好笑,曾经有一个小朋友用英语从one数到Ten的时间,Tony着急的看着我,让我教他英语,破天荒的唯一次主动要学英语而且要全面打败他们的“英语” ,我想了又想,终于找到了,我偷偷的对他说,我可以教你一个最厉害的,我给你一个教一个他们都不会的nine hundred (九百),和English is a piece of cake (英语不过是小菜一碟而已),因为大多数儿童基本没有说会说到900 的,更没有任何家长和所谓的培训班教孩子教:英语不过是小菜一碟而已这句话,其实四岁半的儿子最早学会的就是九百(大家一定忍不住大笑了把),这招杀手锏果然管用,一般别的小朋友听到这句话后都敢在我们玩“英语脱口秀”,更严重的是我们家的Tony 极其不喜欢英语, 简直跟英语有仇(估计是我这辈子被英语毒害的结果) ,如果我跟他玩或者“自觉不自觉”中“有意”灌输英语的,他很本能的说“爸爸,No”,所以目前他只会说3个单词nine hundred,同意或者听不懂一律说“ yes”,如果不同意或者不想说无论别人英语怎么问,一律说“no”,一个句子:English is a piece of cake,随时准备甩给那些准备在Tony 面前秀英语的小朋友,一言以蔽之,也就是三个单词一个句子“打遍天下无敌手”,事实上26 个英文字母目前还认不清楚,所以说用“杯具”形容是很恰如其分的。

另外,别忘了教孩子学会整理书包、文具。
最后是学习基本社交礼仪。

语言决定了孩子地理和精神境界之边界,但是现实中,学习英语又分为假需求和真需求。

第三件事是英音和美音的选择。
其实不用纠结,如果孩子发现两个语音有区别,他会问。
两种英语虽有区别,但不存在在彼此国家听不懂对方英语的情况。
只要保证听的量,并且给孩子沉默期就可以了。
允许沉默期就是孩子量不够,没有足够兴趣,不开口说英语,这是正常的。
