协助手术后或体弱患者增强排除痰液能力并改善瘀滞的肺部血液循环状况 【禁忌症】
1、肺结核、气胸、肺肿瘤和胸壁疾病；肺脓肿和胸壁感染症状；感染部位；出血部位或可能出血部位；恶性肿瘤部位；血栓性静脉炎或淋巴结炎；心脏部位；静脉曲张；不能耐受震动的病人
2、支气管或肺实质感染合并多痰病人慎用 【操作流程】
【注意事项】
1、进食半小时内不可进行治疗
2、使用时留意仪器表面的各种指（警）示，确保操作人员安全和仪器正常工作
3、使用或备用时不可弯折动力管，以免动力管爆裂或损坏
4、运行过程中，如需调整时间、速度，必须先按“启动/暂停”键，待调整
将治疗仪固定放置，接通电源
开机，检查并
确认工作正常
选择合适的叩击头
更换叩击套
点击“启动/暂停”键
握住动力头，将叩击头放置于患儿治疗部位
操作完毕 关机
由下而上、由外向内叩击
整理、清洁治疗仪，放回指定位置
确认叩击强度、方向无异
常
完毕方可继续治疗。
如需终止操作，请按“停止”键，不可直接拔除电源。
5、在仪器周围应留有20cm以上的空间，方便仪器正常散热
6、仪器维护或维修前，必须先切断电源
7、振动式物理治疗仪使用中出现故障，应立即检查原因，同时通知设备科检修，已坏或有故障的仪器不得出现在固定位置。
