1、肺结核、气胸、肺肿瘤和胸壁疾病;肺脓肿和胸壁感染症状;感染部位;出血部位或可能出血部位;恶性肿瘤部位;血栓性静脉炎或淋巴结炎;心脏部位;静脉曲张;不能耐受震动的病人
2、支气管或肺实质感染合并多痰病人慎用 【操作流程】
【注意事项】
1、进食半小时内不可进行治疗
2、使用时留意仪器表面的各种指(警)示,确保操作人员安全和仪器正常工作
3、使用或备用时不可弯折动力管,以免动力管爆裂或损坏
4、运行过程中,如需调整时间、速度,必须先按“启动/暂停”键,待调整
将治疗仪固定放置,接通电源
开机,检查并
确认工作正常
选择合适的叩击头
更换叩击套
点击“启动/暂停”键
握住动力头,将叩击头放置于患儿治疗部位
操作完毕 关机
由下而上、由外向内叩击
整理、清洁治疗仪,放回指定位置
确认叩击强度、方向无异
常
完毕方可继续治疗。
如需终止操作,请按“停止”键,不可直接拔除电源。
5、在仪器周围应留有20cm以上的空间,方便仪器正常散热
6、仪器维护或维修前,必须先切断电源
7、振动式物理治疗仪使用中出现故障,应立即检查原因,同时通知设备科检修,已坏或有故障的仪器不得出现在固定位置。
