附录9SAB WABCO公司SWKP AS20C型防滑器1.功能概述1.1概述现代车辆运行已充分认识到了当车辆加速或制动时轮轨粘着不足带来的问题。
当根据摩擦系数实施恒定制动时,轮对可能会开始滑动,因此会导致轮对的擦伤并增加制动距离。
微电子技术的发展和微机的应用已使防滑器,通过最大限度的利用粘着,大大加强制动系统的功能,另外,诊断技术的提高已使防滑器的功能扩宽,并能降低维修保养费用。
SWKP AS20C型防滑器系统能够最充分的利用粘着,从而获得理想的制动距离,并防止轮对抱死及损坏。
1.2. SWKP AS20C型防滑器的结构图一防滑器主机面板1.2.1 机械部分SWKP AS20C型防滑器主机装在一个结构紧凑的金属盒子里。
如图一所示。
具有良好的抗高频特性,抗冲击和振动特性。
主机和车体的连接通过主机下方的四个接头插接。
另外,还有一个通过RS232与计算机相连的接口,可以进行防滑器的保养、运用和诊断。
1.2.2 原理概述轴的转动速度可以在车速从2km/h至400km/h的范围内测出并进行分析。
测出的轴速与根据真正轴速计算出的速度判据进行比较。
两种速度的比较可以判断出轮对是否进入滑行状态。
轴速是通过安装在轴端的速度传感器和测速齿轮测出的。
放风阀与制动管相连,安装在车下靠近制动缸的位置。
放风阀控制制动缸内压力增减以确保获得最佳的制动力并产生最好的制动效果。
因此可避免滑行的产生。
放风阀内部采用24V电压,双极驱动电路。
每个正负极线都有自己的放大器,放大器由监控电路监视以保证安全性。
监控电路可以监视放大器的正确接通,如果误动作发生,则可以切断电路。
系统控制、数据收集和处理。
以及内部监控,所有功能都由微控制器进行,并每28ms数据可以更新。
因此可以保证速度在2~400km/h 下使用。
光导接头可以进一步的信号处理,数据分析处理,以增加使用的安全性。
继电器信号的输出可以加强数据处理,以获得除防滑器以外的门控速度信号。

1、经中国证券监督管理委员会(以下简称“中国证监会”)《关于核准广东海大集团股份有限公司公开发行可转换公司债券的批复》(证监许可〔2020〕205号)核准,广东海大集团股份有限公司(以下简称“公司”)于2020年3月19日向社会公开发行了可转换公司债券(债券代码:128102,债券简称:海大转债),海大转债自2020年9月25日起可转换为公司股份。
自前次权益变动公告(公告编号:2020-084)后至2020年11月17日公司可转换公司债券持有人已转股35,590,274股,公司总股本增加至1,634,192,542股,导致公司控股股东广州市海灏投资有限公司(以下简称“海灏投资”)持有公司股份比例被动稀释。
2、海灏投资参与转融通证券出借业务,截至2020年11月17日,海灏投资通过证券交易所平台出借予中国证券金融股份有限公司的公司股票余额为13,201,600股,较前次权益变动公告的出借股票余额减少280,600股,占前次权益变动公告中公司总股本1,598,602,268股的0.02%。
综上,公司可转换债券持有人转股公司股本增加35,590,274股,海灏投资转融通出借公司股票余额减少280,600股,因此海灏投资在公司的权益比例由56.12%减少至54.91%,减少1.21%。
