Non standard motors are available to many alternative specifications, including different voltages and frequencies, insulation standards, and special explosion-proof versions.The dosing rate is fully adjustable via a manually controlled eccentric cam mechanism with spring return, or positive return according to API standard 675.Automatic adjustment is available by means of servo-control motors, pneumatic control or motor frequency control, interface PROFIBUS or other BUS, if required. The reduction system, made of an endless screw coupled to a worm-wheel, makes thegearbox very strong.Our pumps are complemented by a wide range of accessories which include, foot valve/strainers, pressure relief and loading valves, injection fittings and pulsation dampeners.Special versions of construction are available to suit our clients specific applications.A VIEW OVER THE PRODUCTION RANGE Doseuro chemical dosing pumps are available in three main versions. Plunger pumps with packed plungers, plunger/hydraulic diaphragms or mechanical diaphragms. High pressure pumps are available too, upon request. The range also includes various driving methods, such as electric motor or electromagnetic solenoid operation. 时间模板:在所播内容中要插入时间的格式。

串口:选用电脑那个通讯串口。

扫描方式:室内屏1/16扫描。
使能反向:单元板高电平有效还是低电平有效。
以上都选择正确后,点击‘发送配置’,发送完毕退出。
3)内容编辑完,发送前,进行‘通讯设置’。

特别是通讯方式、串口选择、波特率。
4、通讯方式、安装方式支持点数为单、双色320*16和320*32,控制卡内存为512K。
使用DB9的9针插座作为通讯口。
控制卡工作在RS232通讯方式:通讯口的Pin2为数据接收,一般接计算机9针串口的Pin3;通讯口的Pin3为数据发送,一般接计算机9针串口的Pin2;通讯口的Pin5是地线,一般接计算机9针串口的Pin5。

5、切换开关S1顶层/底层电路切换开关,当拨到左端(ON端)时,此时启用顶层电路,启用ID卡管理功能硬件电路;当拨到(OFF端)时启用底层备用电路,退出ID卡管理功能,电梯可自由选层。
ID管理功能发生故障时,将开关拨到右端启用底层电路后,可保证电梯的正常使用。
6、选层控制输出接口KEY**A、如果是普通电梯时(最多支持xx层控制):KEY1接最底层选层按钮,依次向上……,最多可接到KEYxx。
B、每个选层控制的输出状态都对应一个指示灯来进行指示,灯亮表示有输出,F**指示灯对应KEY**的输出。
注:1、这里的KEY1并不一定是指1楼,而是指要控制的电梯的最底层。
比如电梯有地下1 层,则这里KEY1控制的是地下一层,其他依此类推。
2、这里的“**”范围为:1~xx,本说明书后续出现的“**”也是此含义,不再另行声明。
7、电梯编号设置拨码开关S2通过拨码设置,可将电梯编号设置为1~255中的一个。
关于电梯编号的设置方法,请参见附录三。
8、功能拨码开关S1第“1”位拨到ON时,表明启用乘梯限制功能,此时乘梯卡的乘梯限制信息(分层计费、限定次数或限定期限)将作为判断卡是否有效的条件;如果拨到另一端,则乘梯限制信息不作为能否乘梯的限制条件。
第“2”位为设置电梯是否有地下1层,如有地下1层时拨到ON端,否则不拨。
9、选层控制输出指示灯顶层电路启用时(底层板切换开关S1在ON状态时)F**指示灯的状态对应KEY**楼层控制输出接口的输出状态,灯亮表明对应楼层控制有输出,此时可以选层乘梯。
第三章安装说明3.1 控制器接线示意图注:1)、手动开关和消防开关为可选功能,视情况酌情选择是否安装。
2)、按钮接线的“1”号线为自动选层线,如不使用自动选层,则可以不接。
2)、系统供电电源可借用电梯操纵盘盒内的直流电源,电压范围需满足DC9~DC26。
3)、采用内装式读卡天线时,P3端口不需连接。
3.2 系统安装固定3.2.1、JC-IDNxxC内选控制器的安装方案A、如果是已安装好的电梯改造,考虑到未预留安装孔,为了方便安装,控制器基板背部已经安装了4个强磁片,可吸附在电梯轿厢操纵盘厢内的金属内壁上,吸附前,最好先将吸附区域的灰尘擦除干净。
方案B、如果是未出厂新梯,可在操纵盘盒内合适位置预留4个电路板安装孔,将控制器背面绝缘基板拆下,通过绝缘柱安装电路板,安装孔预留方式参见下面图示:3.2.3、读卡器(读头)安装方法方案一:如果电梯操纵盘面板上有合适的非金属区域可供读卡天线信号穿透,则将读卡器电路板粘贴在内侧即可,在外侧粘贴刷卡区标识。
注:读卡器电路板前后1厘米范围内不要出现金属板,否则会屏蔽天线信号,造成不能读卡或读卡距离过近。
方案二:如果无法找到合适的可供粘贴读卡天线电路板的非金属区域,则可使用直径50毫米的合金钻头钻孔后安装读卡天线设备。
第四章调试运行4.1 通电前准备1、电路板通电前,确认输入电压是否在正常范围,电路板的容许工作电压为:直流12~35伏2、检查电路板安装是否可靠绝缘,排除有任何金属体与之搭接的情况3、检查读卡器是否已连接4、检查各端子接线是否正确5、以上都确认后,将电源连接在电路板的电源端口上,切勿接错位置,造成板子损坏4.2 通电后检查1、系统通电后,底层板的的指示灯ON点亮,表明通电正常。
2、将切换开关拨至右端,则:底层板的的指示灯OFF点亮,此时工作状态为:启用底层电路,退出ID卡管理模式,此时各个楼层应都可以自由选层,如果有楼层不能选层,请观察楼层控制输出指示灯是否都为点亮状态,如果都点亮,请确认至按钮的接线是否正确。
3、将切换开关拨至左端(ON端),则:顶层板指示灯PWR点亮,同时楼层输出指示灯闪烁5次,表明正在启动顶层ID卡管理电路,准备进入ID卡管理状态。
4、将切换开关拨至左端(ON端),启用ID卡管理电路,闭合消防开关,此时消防输入标志指示灯F_S点亮,同时控制器楼层指示灯全部点亮,可自由选层,如果不能选层,请确认至按钮的接线是否正确。
5、闭合手动开关,此时手动输入标志指示灯H_S点亮,同时控制器楼层指示灯全部点亮,可自由选层,如果不能选层,请确认至按钮的接线是否正确。
4.3 控制器配置1、确认切换开关在“ON”端,H_S、F_S为熄灭状态(即无消防、手动开关信号输入)2、刷超级管理卡,如果蜂鸣器响一声,此时,输出指示灯熄灭,表明:控制器工作在ID卡管理状态。
如果蜂鸣器响两声,此时,输出指示灯全部点亮,表明:控制器退出ID卡管理状态,楼层输出指示灯全部点亮,可以自由选层。
3、根据手册后面的附录三的配置方法,调整拨码开关SW1来设置电梯编号。
4、根据是否进行业主乘梯限制(限定次数或限定期限),确定拨码开关S1的第1位的状态,如果要进行限制,则拨至“ON”端;如果不进行限制,则拨至另一端。
注:乘梯限制中,多数选用限定期限,即卡有效期限到了,自动变为无效;如果不用乘梯自动限制,则将此位拨码开关拨至OFF端。
5、根据电梯类型,确定拨码开关S1的第2位的状态,如果是贯通门电梯,则拨至“ON”端,如果是普通电梯,则拨至另一端。
注:所谓贯通门电梯是指电梯具有两个以上的厅门。
4.4 运行测试1、观察RUN指示灯是否闪烁,如果不闪烁,则参照下面的注解进行设置,如果闪烁,则向下进行。
2、制作乘梯卡,检验对应的楼层输出指示灯是否状态正确,如果不正确,请确认起始楼层设置是否正确,如果无控制输出,可参考附录一蜂鸣器的声音判断原因。
3、确认刷卡后对应的楼层是否可以正常选层,如果不能,请确认楼层输出指示灯是否点亮,如果点亮,请确认至按钮的接线是否正确,以及控制器楼层输出端口至电梯选层按钮的对应关系是否正确。
4、以上的测试成功后,此时控制器已可正常工作了。
注意:如果刷卡无效请确认控制器是否处于ID卡管理状态,控制器处于ID卡管理状态时指示灯“RUN”闪烁,如果没有闪烁,请确认是否满足以下所有条件:1、切换开关在“ON”端2、H_S指示灯熄灭(表明无手动开关输入)3、F_S指示灯熄灭(表明无消防开关输入)4、如果以上三个条件全部满足,指示灯“RUN”仍不闪烁,则刷超级管理卡,响一声后即将其设置到ID卡管理状态即可,此时指示灯RUN即开始闪烁,表明处于ID卡管理状态了。
第五章手持操作器5.1 手持操作器简介JC-IDS10产品图例:JC-IDS10手持操作器为无线手持终端设备,全液晶显示、采用人性化设计理念、操作简便、外形美观、便于携带,通过该设备实现乘梯卡的信息输入、卡注册、卡删除、电梯信息设置等等相关操作。
5.2 功能键说明上、下、左、右键:功能为菜单切换、参数调整等。
OK键:进入下一级菜单及操作选择的确认键。
C键:为返回上一级菜单按键。
数字键、*键、#键:为输入按键。
5.3 操作说明5.3.1 注册乘梯卡主菜单中黑色箭头指向“注册乘梯卡”时,按“OK”键进入注册乘梯卡菜单→依次设置“可用楼层设置”、“选层方式设置”、“限定期限设置”、“限定次数设置”→指向“启动注册”后,按“OK”键→启动卡注册,在读卡器上刷需要注册的ID卡→结束注册按“C”键。
5.3.2 删除乘梯卡主菜单中黑色箭头指向“删除乘梯卡”时,按“OK”键进入删除乘梯卡菜单→可以选择是“刷卡删除”还是“输入卡号删除”。
1、刷卡删除按“OK”键→启动刷卡删除,在读卡器上刷需要删除的ID卡→结束删除按“C”键。
2、输入卡号删除按“OK”键→进入输入卡号删除界面→输入欲删除的卡号→按“OK”键删除此卡→结束删除按“C”键。
5.3.3 控制器时间设置在控制器时间不准确时,本操作用来校准控制器的当前时间。
主菜单中黑色箭头指向“控制器时间设置”时,按“OK”键进入控制器时间设置菜单→依次输入年月日时分→按“OK”键完成设置→按“C”键退出设置。
