They always have Short-term orientation. As for power distance ,In South Africa, power distance regime from the Apartheid. South Africa‘s Apartheid exist during 1948 to 1994, Before 1994, the whitesmaster the political and economic power, people of color to become a source of cheap labor; many blacks in white-owned farms, but only got the white one-tenth of their wages which often can not support his family; also has many black unemployment.By 2010, the blacks control 25% of banking sector capital and asset, 15% of mining companies assets shall be transferred to black ownership within 5 years, the proportion required to achieve 26% within 10 years. For historical reasons, the whites is of high consumption level, the black-oriented is of low consumption level. And next In South Africa, people prefer Collectivism than Individualism. In south Africa , Families often live together with close relatives. The head of the family manage the family funds and help other poor relatives, he use the right to make decision in most things. This paternalistic style extends to the work values. Then, South Africa also full of MasculinityMasculinity was prevalence in traditional African society . The black women were regarded as men's accessories, women in the family and society have little right to speak .However, South African black women have increasingly awakening, a black female vice president was born in 2005.
