第二节 书面表达（满分25分）

一、评分原则

1．考生所得分数一律用整数表示。

2．每出现一个要点用符号“√”表示。如判为半个要点，则用符号“半钩”表示。如有语言错误，在错误的下方用横线标出。卷面上不能标注其他符号。

3. 评分时，原则上按文章所表达的要点数归档。如语言错误多，可降一档，如语言表达较好，可打该档最高分或上升一档。

1. 如果所有要点齐全，但语言错误多，可降一档。

2. 考生所写内容偏题，酌情扣1-3分，抄写无关内容，不给分。

3. 如果累计要点数为整数，在同一档次内，根据语言错误的多少确定五个分值。

1—2个错误，取该档次分值的高线。

2—3个错误，取该档次分值的中线。 13 3—4个错误，取该档次分值的低线。

5—6个错误，降一档，并取降档后该档分值的高线。

二、内容要点：

1. 写信目的；

2. 自我介绍；

3. 捐赠图书的具体信息；

三、要点认定：

1. 考生必须有较完整的句子表达出要点。如只有关键词而无主谓结构，不可视为要点写出。

2. 在表达要点的句子中，如果主谓结构有严重语言错误(如语态，连动词或只写出情态动词原则而无主动词)，可视为半个要点。

3. 涉及到要点的句子中，如果不认可该要点，便不再扣该句的语言分。

4. 围绕要点的发挥，如有语言错误，则扣语言分。

5. 如果出现大小写和标点错误，不扣语言分。重复语言错误只扣一次分。

6. 字数少于80或多于120个单词，扣2分。

四、为了操作方便，按表达要点的多少和使用语言的情况，划分为五个档次，列表说明如下：
