可数名词复数的构成规则：

（1）一般在名词末加s，如，pens, erasers.

(2)以s, x, ch , sh结尾的名词，末尾加es. 如，Watches, boxes ，classes，

brushes, buses.

（3）以“辅音字母+y” 结尾的名词，先把y去掉，再加ies. factory—factories,

family—families, dictionary—dictionaries, comedy—comedies,

documentary—documentaries, strawberry—strawberries.

(4)以f或fe结尾的，把f 或fe去掉，加ves. 如，knife—knives,

thief—thieves ,leaf—leaves.

（5）以o结尾的名词，有生命的加es , 无生命的加s .如，photos, zoos ,
