1. The air is fresh here.这里的空气很新鲜。

句中的fresh是形容词，作表语，意思是“新鲜的”。形容词fresh在句子中除了作表语之外，还可以作定语和宾语补足语等。如：

We can get fresh air in Sunshine Town.在阳光镇我们可以呼吸新鲜空气。

2. Beijing duck is very famous.北京烤鸭很出名。

famous在句中作表语，意思是“著名的、出名的”。该词常与介词for连用，构成词组be famous for 以……著称。如：

The area is famous for its green tea.这个地区因绿茶而闻名。

3. It takes only 40 minutes by underground.

乘地铁只需花40分钟。

句型it takes (somebody) some time to do something表示“（某人）花费时间去做某事”。如：It usually takes me two hours to do my homework.

我通常要花两个小时做家庭作业。

4. If you do not like Chinese food, there are some of Western restaurants too.

如果你不喜欢中国食品的话，那儿也有一些西方餐馆。

该句是if引导的条件状语从句，if是连词，意思是“如果，假如”。If引导的条件状语从句，如果主句是一般将来时，则从句应用一般现在时表示将要发生的动作。句中Western是形容词，作定语，修饰名词restaurants，意思是“西方的”。该词是由名词west加词尾构成的。类似的有：east—eastern东方的；north—northern北方的；south—southern南方的。

1. I live in a town 15 miles from London.

英语中，地点状语的排列顺序规律与中文不同，一般情况下，小地点在前，大地点在后。书写时要注意专有名词首字母的大小写。例如：

She lives in Flat 1102, Hilton Building, Shanghai, China.

她住在中国上海希尔顿大厦1102号公寓。

2. My family and I often sit there and enjoy a cup of tea.

我的家人和我经常坐在那里品茶。

句中的enjoy是及物动词，意思是“乐趣、喜欢、喜爱、享受”，之后通常跟名词、代词和动名词作宾语。例如：

She enjoys listening to music.她喜爱听音乐。

enjoy后面跟反身代词时，构成短语“enjoy oneself”，意思是“玩得高兴、过得愉快”，相当于have a good time。例如：

Did you enjoy yourselves at the party? 在聚会上你们玩得高兴吗？

辨析：enjoy，like，love

(1) enjoy作“喜欢、喜爱”讲时，相当于like，但enjoy有“享受……乐趣；欣赏……”之意，之后通常跟褒义词作宾语。enjoy后面跟反身代词时，构成短语“ enjoy

oneself ”，意思是“玩得高兴、过得愉快”，动词like和love不能跟oneself。

(2) like只表示一般的喜欢、爱好，用作及物动词时，之后跟动名词或不定式 作宾语，意思是“喜欢做某事”。

like可以用作动词，也可以用作介词，而动词enjoy和love不能用作介词，含like的句型常见的有：
