My fellow students! It is quite normal to

get under stress due to the hard work that

we are doing now. I myself experienced it

not long ago.

Two months ago, I had a hard math exam I

did poorly in it. As a result, I ranked much

lower than usual. This worried me a lot

and I decided to spend more time on my

lessons. During that period of time, I

stayed up late every day. Then came the

exams in the following month and I did

even worse. I thought about it all day long

and I even started having sleepless nights.

Fortunately my mom found it out and she

suggested I stop burying myself in all the

books and spare some time for sports. So I

did. And now I’m back to normal, happy

and energetic.
