In this period, I mainly pay attention to lead students to compare things. In order to help students learnsuperlativeeasily, I make plenty of practice aboutcomparative. After practicing, students could find that it’s necessary to usesuperlativewhen there are more than three things or persons. I found that students could finish listening tasks but they had problem making conversations. So I may offer more information or materials to them to give them a hand.
Such as, basketball isbiggerthan tennis ball. Tennis ball isbiggerthan ping-pong ball. Or ping-pong ball issmallerthan tennis ball. Ping-pong ball issmallerthan basketball.

学情分析
本课针对八年级学生，他们从小学三年级开始就已经接触英语，经过多年的学习与培养，对英语都已经有了一定的了解，已经掌握了不同程度的英语语言知识和技能。在此，需要对他们的基础知识进行系统讲解，对他们的技能进行强化与提升。
