我国第三方物流企业运作风险与防范

摘要

第三方物流是随着经济全球化的迅速发展而出现和发展起来的一种新的物流形态，是商品经济发展的一种派生需求，与经济发展密切相关。它通过对供应链的几个环节进行整合，将各环节进行有效的衔接，达到为客户提供高效优质的服务为目的。尽管第三方物流的重要性已经公认，但它本身的运作风险却未引起充分重视，越来越多的事实证明，第三方物流企业关系到国计民生，因此对其所面临的风险进行系统研究，提出相应的解决方法，并用这些方法指导实践是十分迫切的。

ABSTRACT

The Third Party Logistics is a new form of Logistics developing in the process of the global

integration of economy .Third Party logistics is a derived demand of commercial economy and

have a close relationship with the development of economy ,The Third Party logistics based on

traditional logistics such as transportation enterprises and warehousing companies ,elevates the

efficiency of social activities by integrating the Parts of supply chain and become a inevitable part

of the development of modern economy .There are still not enough emphasis laid on the

important of management and protection of risks although the importance of Third Party Logistics

has been recognized ,insight analysis of the risks putting into practice become more and more

important
