”刘晓峰拒绝继续回答记者有关⼈体标本进出⼝以及展览的任何询问,“新闻采访的事情请与⾏政部芦淑华部长联系。
”2003年11⽉27⽇,《瞭望东⽅周刊》在创刊第⼆期以封⾯⽂章《⼫体⼯⼚调查》为题,对号称全球最⼤⼈体标本加⼯企业的⼤连冯·哈根斯⽣物塑化有限公司(以下简称哈根斯公司)及其董事长、德国公民哈根斯进⾏了采访;并披露了南京市苏艺⽣物保存实验⼯⼚与江苏省部分医学院校及医院存在地下⼫源交易的事实。
其时,据南京市公安部门问询调查,2001年6⽉,⽇本解剖技术研究所以学术研究的名义与南京苏艺⼯⼚签订了总价为338.4万元⼈民币的销售合同,购买⼈体不同部位的塑化标本162件。
这批标本于2001年9⽉18⽇在⽇本东京银座展出,引起轩然⼤波。
⽽在中国美丽的滨海城市⼤连,投资1500万美元的冯·哈根斯⽣物塑化有限公司已经形成了⼀个⼫体收集、加⼯、运输和展览的全球化⽹络。
事实上,从⽣物塑化技术的创始⼈哈根斯2002年在英国伦敦亚特兰蒂斯艺术馆⾸次举⾏“⼈体世界”展开始,其所涉及的法律、宗教、伦理、科学和艺术之争就从来没有停⽌过。
作为⼀种⾼科技的产物,⽣物塑化技术在中国已经飞速发展,早在本世纪初,⼭东、上海、重庆、⼴东、湖南以及辽宁⼤连等地已有多家⽣物塑化标本⼚,⽽中国却存在着相关⽴法空⽩:遗体捐献者⽴法,⼈体器官捐赠法以及⼈体⽣物塑化器官的销售⽴法等等尚未提上⽇程。
这种状况在《瞭望东⽅周刊》报道两年后,并没有实质上的改变,关于⼈体标本的成本核算及经济效益分析的语⾔仍然在公开场合出现。

1、小活栓:宫颈、内镜、皮肤活检等单件小标(直径小于1厘米)本收费127元(含两蜡块,或两个部位);此外,每增加一个送检部位(第三个部位)加收50元。
2、胆囊、阑尾标本收费177元;
3、包块或囊肿:直径2-5厘米者收费127+100元; 直径5-10厘米收费:127+150;直径大于10厘米者收费127+250元;
4、宫颈锥切标本收费127+250元;刮宫标本体积不大者收127,过多可适当加收50-100元。
